Rude staff and very poor costumer service. Called to book a taxi they answered and then hang up, called again a very rude woman answered, asked where I was and where I was going to, tried to explain but she was talking with a tude tone and then put me on hold and hung up again. Sh*t service. DO NOT USE THEM. Shame that I can't rate 0 stars

Always late..when i try to call them - did not pick up the phone - i will never use that cabs any more

Rubbish service. Taxi was late and when i contacted them there was no apology, all i got was "well i cant help it if he's stuck in traffic!" The driver was not considerate either.

Booked two taxis for seven people with a three year old CHILD and they cancelled both by a MISTAKE. They were in rush to get to the train station and nobody showed up and when we called, man on the phone was very rude. May I add we booked the taxis via their app day BEFORE. Do not recommend, they are rude and have no respect for the customer. My family was almost late for the train and when ONE taxi finally showed up, they almost drived off without all people. Now they keep calling that the other taxis are here when theyre already gone and theyd be late by now anyways. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Lee Cabs have let us down twice now, booked to take us to the railway station March 2020, did not turn up and no explanation. Booked them phoning from St Pancras station 7th December 2021, did not turn up and said no record of phoning and said I phoned on another number?

Worst cab experience ever. Company whos drivers have no idea where anything or anywhere is and phone to tell you they are at the pick up point , but they are miles away from where you are ( our pick up location was about 2.5 miles from their office). They then say you are not in the right place even though the same company dropped you at this spot 3 hours earlier. You tell them to tell to speak to the driver who took us there as they know where it is ( i couldnt help as I was at an event 50 miles from where I live). This “silly” idea of speaking to the drop off driver wasnt even considered ). I send 3 or 4 google maps close up and expanded view photos of where we are but that still dont work - what else can we do ? Also, why is it £10.30 one way at 7.30 pm and over £23 at 10.45 pm fo the same journey ? Avoid this company !

Booked a taxi to collect my 12 year old daughter up from school well over 24 hours in advance. She was left waiting in the street for half an hour. We were not contacted to say there was a problem and when we made enquiries we were told the taxi was 'stuck in traffic.' We will not be using Lee Cabs again.

Offered regular business two trips per day not interested. Wish I could turn business away so easily!

Took taxi from rank at Northampton to Rothersthorpe. Distance is 5.4 miles yet fare was an eye watering £15.20! Ride was poor and my change was given to me in old "no longer legal tender" £1 coins (I did not realise this because of poor light inside the cab until I returned home). There are plenty of cab companies in Northampton - avoid this one

I have booked a taxi(29.08.2016) for my missus from Duston to the Trainstation. The taxi did not turn up, no one answered the phone. So, she called an other taxi, but its was late already, so she missed her train. This Company is an unreliable crap!

So I call the taxi guy to pick us up, on the phone they said they would be 10 minutes and they ended up being more like half an hour, i also asked them how much it would be and I got a quote of 12 - 13 pounds. I get in the taxi after waiting for bare long and quarter of the way there he asks me how much they said it would be so I said 13£ and he said no, 15 so I was having an argument about why did they guy say 13 on the phone and you come up with 15 (he said even more at first) and he swerves over to the side of the rode and says get out, at this point I had no idea where I was so I was forced to pay more than quoted. This had happened twice now.

I reserved a journey with this mini cab firm but they stood me up. They never arrived. When I phoned to ask where they were first they said: We'll be there in 10 minutes. Then when I phoned again they said they had no record of my reservation. No apology. To make it worse, it was pouring with rain...

Regularly use Ezee Cabs to go to Bedford Station in the mornings. Always arrive before booked time. Gladly recommend using this company.

Have used Ezee Cabs on Christmas Day as a wheelchair taxi and again on New Year's Eve as a normal taxi on both occasions the cab arrived in good time, the driver was extremely friendly and polite and constantly ensured we were all comfortable and drove really well observing all speed and traffic regulations. I felt very safe which l don't always in some cabs. I would really recommend this company and will definitely use them every time l need a taxi in the future.

Do not use this company. They are useless. They have a contract with my child's school to pick up SEN children. They were Constantly late, and rude. The chaperone was horrific and just sat there mute. My child suffers from anxiety and car sickness. School and I tried to tell them on many occasions to wind the windows down when my child felt ill, but they refused. My child was sick in their car and they then refused to take my child leaving them unable to get to and from school. A horrific company that doesn't care about SEN children. DO NOT USE IT!

Every single morning there is the same taxi driver sitting outside my flat with his hand on the horn and today when we asked him to stop beeping the horn he started swearing at us and threatening me.

Just experienced the most unpleasant trip with one of your drivers. My girlfriend disrespected even though she had done nothing wrong and when I refused to leave until we had received the correct change I was called a f****ng b*****d over and over again. Would rather walk home than get a cab with this embarrassment of a company in future.

This outfit has a contract with the council to collect our son and take him to school and return in the after noon. They are very unreliable, turn up late most days and have not turned up at all on many occasions. The taxi driver was rude to another parent at the school swearing at them and then proceeded to drive off very fast down the road. I could never recommend active cars, other than to use another reputable service.

I would never recommend this company they take your money up front take bookings for pickups they cannot fulfil arrive 2 1/2 hours late to pick you up with a driver that falls asleep at the wheel. Stay well clear!!

In mid October at 8pm I desperately needed a taxi from Northampton - Lincoln. I do not know Northampton, and I was in Lincoln. I had been ringing round for 1 hour. The passenger was very poorly suffering from a virus and needed to get home. County cars accepted this job at a very reasonable rate, where others had refused. The driver was caring and safe and I cannot thank this person enough. I cannot recommend County Cars more highly and thank them deeply for their service.

I would never recommend and I will continue to write bad reviews after I had a trip miles away from home and booking was messed about. When I called to resolve I was met by the rudest call operator I have ever known. He hung up on me 3 times despite me not swearing or shouting and told me it wasn't his problem don't book them if I don't like it. I never intend to use them again.

Great cabs here always can trust them! Always on time :)
