twice I've use this service and twice left my partner waiting well over 2 hours, an ill Cancer patient waiting in the cold fir cars, when recalled they tell you they sent it and she wasnt there, when she literally never moved for fear of it. absolute joke of a firm, will never use them again

I booked a Taxi on the Drive App for 11.30 pm on Saturday 23rd October. The taxi turned up 30 minutes late taking it after midnight. On our journey back home we were watching the price recording on the dashboard, at our destination it stated £9.00 , so why was I charged £11.40 on my bank statement. Total rip off.

Don't book with this company ever we booked taxi for 6.30 to take us to cottingham after been fobbed off when I rang to see were it was 3 times it turned up at 7,50 we were already on our way by then the female who answered the phone had the cheek to tell us to calm our little selves down when we were fuming first and last time they'll ever get our custom

This is the most unreliable taxi company Ive ever known!!! Ive pre-booked a taxi to pick me up at 8:30. I had an extremely important interview at 9. Ive checked the distance in advance and it was going to be just 7-9 minutes by car so I can arrive even earlier. The taxi NEVER ARRIVED!!! I was waiting outside in the rain almost 45 minutes! Ive called the company 3 times and they kept saying they cannot guarantee when the driver will arrive. It means maybe 1 maybe 3 hours or so. WHY ON EARTH THEY TAKING PRE BOOKING THEN???????????? This is just extremely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional! Ive lost an opportunity to get hired at a very good company, plus Ive got kicked out from the agency who was helping me to find this job as they think I am not reliable. This is an extreme loss what cannot be compensated........ This is unbelievable!! Worse company in Hull!!!!!! DO NOT EVER BOOK!!!!!

Horrendous service, pre booked a taxi for 11.00, at 11.40 and after ringing three times to chase, was basically lied to! The person who answered was called josh and was extremely rude, thought it acceptable to shout out my wife, really brave on the phone! Was lied too each time we called to chase it up, eventually found out no taxi was on its was any they could say how long the next one would be! Ended up flagging a black cab and it was actually cheaper then what drive / hull cars where along on their app. Such a shame that they have bought all the local firms and now think they are too big to have to worry about customer service. 35, 57, 50 etc where so much better on their own, drive / hull cara have ruined them!

I had to give 1 star as no choice of 0. Ordered a taxi for 5.20 this morning and after calling the office to a cannot be bothered telephonist to be told it's on its way. At 5.49 I got a call from driver to say it's outside. My train left at 6.04. Dare to say I didn't make that train to work!
