I would not recommend this company to anyone!! Not safe!! Me and my friend used them for a transfer from stansted airport in the early hours of the morning. The driver was falling asleep at the wheel causing him to swerve and drive on the wrong side of the road to oncoming traffic! Absolutely terrifing, I had to wake the driver up who insisted he was fine. I then called the owner of the company who didnt seem to care. He told me he would talk to his driver and then call me back. My calls and texts have been ignored, reviews of our experience have been deleted and I still havent heard a word. So not only is this company not safe their customer care and service is appalling!
