Drivers smell of very nasty substances body odour or just the natural smell i couldnt make out. They do not drive sensibly and Jeff (the owner) very good friend of mine but the drivers need a good rubbing down, very smelly. Please buy them lynx or have us customers donate a pound so they can purchase it.

The place is a joke, got a taxi from train station to McDonald in Hampton then too yaxley, got told it was a fixed fare of £12 pounds, got too mcds the cue was very long so driver said it will be quicker going in so we did that, eventually got back to yaxley and the driver started having ago saying £15 pounds and he let me off even tho it should of been £12 get a phone call from main depot and the guy on the phone started slating me off saying why didn't you give the driver £3 more pounds and swore at me on the phone in front of my whole family, we said what happened and the rude person on the phone said if we and went through drive through would of been £12 even tho going in was quicker, how weird I know haha, and that was it really very very rude towards there customers, been using these for years aswell what a shame aye, will not be using these horrible taxi firm again absolutely vile and horrible people!!!!!!!

What a nightmare. I was left waiting in the cold and the rain for a taxi that just didn't show up. The taxi driver eventually called me for directions, but since he had limited English that was a non starter. When I called dispatch they were less than helpful and not at all apologetic. After 40 mins of such shenanigans I called another taxi firm. What a dreadful service. If I could rate zero I would.

I want to know if Kingcars drivers are exempt from displaying license plates on the back of their vehicles. I've seen a number of them without plates. I was told not to use them as they are very unprofessional, I think this explains why.

Must say taxi turned up on time, however driver drove like a complete idiot. Told him to slow down as I had allowed plenty of time for my train but he replied we have customers waiting for taxis and that the controller had told him to put his foot down. The journey towards the station was one I wouldn't want to repeat besides I don't use them anymore. They are cheap but I'd rather pay 50p more and travel feeling safe not holding onto the sides of my seat.

Slight improvement on the cars but long way to go. I don't mind old cars but they have to be clean and drivers need to present themselves in a more proffesional manner. Just because they are local doesn't mean they can treat us how they wish. Competition brings improvement, I hope they get some in order for them to pull their socks up.

If your referring to Crown taxis then I would just like to point out that their vehicles are much more road worthy than yours and besides a lot newer. It's funny how you say they are struggling when your the ones driving around in ancient passats. For starters I don't even think the lad was old enough to hold a licence. Let alone a taxi licence, He smelt of booze and fags. God knows what he had on lunch, the car was rusty, rattling and just filthy, the windows of the cab were smashed so it was covered with cling film! To top it off he offered me gear at the end!
