As per our many emails below you can see we had a taxi booked to take us to Stansted last Friday morning at 4.30am. I spoke to someone in your office several times, days before and then on the evening before and all was confirmed. The driver called me later that evening with a different address pick up time. This was resolved and I was promised our pick up as agreed. I wasn't feeling too confident that anyone would turn up so called the office at 3.30am, to no answer. I then called the driver and he was asleep but said he'd be there in an hour. As noone arrived at 4.30, we called again and he 'wasn't sure' if anyone was coming. I called once more to get the same bumbling answer. We then had to call another taxi firm in a panic, but luckily they picked us up 15 minutes later and we very efficient. Luckily we had planned ahead enough that we did not miss our flight. However I feel this is very bad customer service from yourselves and your drivers, and will not be using you in future
