Taxis in PO19

Awful experience, taxi which had been booked days in advance was 25 minutes late. When I called the office to enquire as to where the taxi was I was told 'we can't fly over traffic mate' and that 'no cab company can guarantee to be on time'. Uber would have been a far cheaper and more reliable option. I emplore all people in the Chichester area to avoid this company at all costs.

I use this service regularly and would highly recommend the company. By far the cheapest taxi company in Chichester and have always had pleasant experiences with both drivers and phone operators.

I'd like to make a formal complaint. I spoke to the most rude telephone operator this evening. I tried on numerous occasions to book a taxi and got through to the same telephone operator. She didn't seem to understand what her job was as she couldn't comprehend we needed a taxi. I can't believe this is the first time someone called asking for a taxi but it certainly seemed like it was the first. I like to support local businesses, however in this case I cannot wait until uber makes it to Chichester. And I don't have to deal with such humans. I rarely complain but I feel disgusted with the treatment I have received.

Most rude customer service I have ever experienced. Hung up on me twice. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

RUDE driver/staff! Slammed the phone down on me twice and refused to return for collection when guests were waiting outside Chichester station before the collection time! NEVER using this company again.

Pre-booked a return journey for my parents who were staying in Bracklesham Bay for my wedding weekend. I called them a week in advance to book and at no point did they say or send me anything asking me to confirm my booking. I took this booking as confirmed but they never showed up which meant my parents were late for my wedding ceremony. That is just not acceptable. If you find yourself needing a taxi for an important occasion stay away from them.

Been charged £90 to go portsmouth harbour

Have lived in the local area for 13 years. Have never experienced such an abortionate show of unprofessional and disgusting behaviour. Ordered a taxi, and waited for notification, nothing. Went downstairs after ten minutes to wait, and no show. Called company to find that the taxi had waited for 4 minutes then left. They refused to honour the booking, and when I questioned it, the operator was appallingly rude and shouted "BYE" at us. She stated that they do not "do notifications" but when I have used this company before, they have either called, rang the doorbell or waited. Unbelievably bad service and vile attitude from the pisspoor operator. Left 2 vulnerable women stranded in Barnham, one disabled, with no other way of getting home. When we finally managed to get someone to help us, we found taxis waiting outside the rank, after they had stated no other cars were available for the rest of the evening. The fact that they were so quick to send someone clearly indicates otherwise.
