Taxis in PR26

I have gone by this taxi at various occassions and have found them to be reliable.They have good drivers who drive well and also their fare is good not expensive.

Called up for a taxi last week, the service was quick and on time! Driver took me home in no time plus he gave me a hand in shifting my shopping bags home, friendly service.

Very reliable, always on time, Gary is a lovely person & will go out of his way to collect you, always a friendly smile.

Very very unreliable! Having travelled for 10 hours, our party of 5 were kept waiting for an hour at Manchester airport.Our plane was running half an hour late so we did expect him to be there.We had prepaid for the return journey and were just about to book another taxi when he turned up. Having rung once to be told he would be 20 minutes, we were unable to contact him further. Customers expect a little respect and much better service. Poor!

Booked a mini bus last night for 8pm. They turned up 7:55pm and rung me 3 times to make me aware the Taxi was waiting. As well as a a rude text message to tell me that the taxi wouldnt wait. I didnt hear my phone. When I rung them back to apologise and let them no we were we were just waiting for someone on the toilet , the women on the phone was rude and shouted at me. She proceeded to tell me that the taxi wont wait for me forever and that the mini bus driver had a lot more jobs on. It was 8:03pm as I remember checking the time. I asked her to stop shouting at me and then she hung up. Absolutely disgusted in how I was spoken to. Will not be using this taxi service again!

Pre Booked a taxi for 2.30am, taxi never showed and then couldn't get through to the office. Journey only 10 minutes, disappointing as it's a village taxi and never though they'd let me down

H B Cabs are very reliable and the drivers are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them

Scammers took my money and didnt turn up

I have just rang Ashton allies and asked for 3 taxis, which he replied they will be an hour. I then said could we book 3 taxis for an hour and he said sorry we can't take bookings that for in advance! How cant they?! Such a disgrace and unprofessional in a taxin firm, not from this area and it is by far the worst service I have ever had!

With the bad snow this was the only firm running! Top service, they picked me up in the snow and got me to work on time.

Taxi service is generally good, I am a regular customer! On time, cheap fares,can not fault them really!

Pleasant drivers and good time keeping

Disgraceful driver - John. Frightened my Son made him feel unsafe on his journey to school. Disgusting human being, utterly arrogant, obnoxious, should not be responsible for school runs under any circumstances God forbid I see this entity again. Taxi firm apologetic but words are not enough. Totally shameful behaviour

Called early for work at 10 acknowledging school rush and told ten minutes for the taxi at 9:18. At 9:43 called again to ask for time or i'll cancel and get another firm as work was a good 15 min journey. Woman told me it was on its way but hadn't received text, when I asked how long approx it'd be she hung up on me. Tried calling back and got declined. Taxi notification saying it's on the way came at 9:50 so it hadn't even set off. Ended up 15 minutes late for work. Would've just called a different company.

Do not use this firm, waited over 30 mins for a can, kept being told that it was around the corner and missed my train because of it. Had to wait 1 hr for the next train DO NOT USE

Rude taxi man picking up late after a wedding. Admittedly a rowdy crowd but not aggressive, just having fun. Don't work the late shift if you don't like people who have had a few to drink! Very aggressive and unfriendly.

Eccleston are the best taxi

They are always arriving early! Recommended! They never let you down!

They have turned up on time when ever I have called up for a taxi! Their fare prices are quite cheaper than others to! Would highly recommend them!
