One of their drivers blocks road and footpath near where he lives on regular basis so I would not want to travel with him. Horrible person.

Lady who takes bookings is one Nasty unpleasant individual and may I add very very lazy she shouldnt work with people maybe a dark room with nobody to speak to would suit her more

Woman taking calls was extremely rude tonight no people skills just a rude nasty woman who can not speak nicely to customers .. had to remind her that she was being paid for taking calls and was not in her own time

Lady who takes the bookings tonight extremely rude, not helpful been waiting for a taxi for one hour when you call to see where taxi is she keeps saying its dropping in birkdale but will not say how long .. shes getting angry at having to answer the phone .. rude woman with no people skills
