I am feeling let down by riverveiw. I have been a good customer of theirs for years, but lately their service has got worse. My daughter phoned up for a cab on friday for my fella. The woman spoke to my daughter rudely, said sorry fully booked and put the phone down on her. My fella phoned 2mins later and got a cab. This morning i needed a cab from asda. I phoned 9 times before i gave up. Phone ringing but no one answering. Phoned all night and cab arrived within 5 mins. Think i will be changing my custom.

I use Riverview Cars at least 15 times a week to and fro my granddaughters school and to get to work. The drivers are really patient as they have to wait and then take me back & they're really affordable and really polite. 5 stars to this company and always recommend.

Every time I ring the lady on the phone recognises my voice and already knows what I'm going to say before I even do lol. Good service to regular customers. Reccomend them to all my friends.

Just used on Christmas Eve, was the only cab firm who weren't charging extra because of Christmas. The cab turned up within 10minutes from when I booked it. 5 Stars for this company

Absolute rubbish service....young girl rude on phone .Never on time if they turn up at all .And when you ring to find out where cab is all you get is 5 mins .i wont be using them again

Rubbish service ....rang cab and spoke to seva he said 45 mins ...an hr and 10 mins later no cab , so rang again to be told cab had done job and cleared ..i said im still waiting ...on that note cancelled cab ..rubbish service i wont use them again

This company deserve 5 stars from me. Rang them when I was out in Dartford last Saturday night, they were the only company who gave me a 15 minute wait everyone else was saying 1 hour, cab turned up in 15 mins. Gave me a safe journey home, and driver was polite and it wasn't even expensive even after midnight! The driver told me they don't charge extra after midnight! Think this a reliable affordable taxi company. Will defiantly use when I'm in Dartford!

Time and time again this taxi service fails to deliver on the basic premise of their service - picking up it's passengers. Countless times I've requested a pick up from Greenhithe station to my house, calling at least an hour in advance to book. Many times I've arrived at the station to find noone waiting, calling the main switch board I'm then told it will be 10-15 minutes. I've started walking telling the operator to meet me as I walk home, only to arrive at my door before they've even caught up to me. This is absolutely ridiculous, as a young woman getting home late at night I would have thought the taxi company would provide a reliable service to ensure the safe arrival of their passengers.

Cab turned up on time, well a few minutes early, got a call when it was outside, it was safe journey there and back, polite driver and a really clean car. What else can you ask for? I think they're a reliable trustworthy taxi company, and I would defiantly recommend!

Booked a taxi for the same evening for half hour later, it didn't show up. Called again and get told it had been booked for a different night !?!. Told it would be there in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, still no sign of them, so we booked a cab with another firm which showed up in 10 minutes despite the short notice and still no sign of riverview. If they didn't want my business, they shouldn't of accepted the booking and waste our time!

Do not use this company, I booked a 4.30am pick up and they never turned up. Missed my lift to Scotland. When I tried calling them the phone just rang! Disgusting
