Rude and disrespectful

Called a day in advance asking for a 3:15pm sharp service for a school run, even sharing with the operator that if I was not going to be able to make it "my wife would've killed me". Service confirmed and call 30 min before the expected time (2:45pm on the day) to confirm all was booked and ready. 3:15 Nothing!... called and they advise the vehicle was on its way, 3:25 nothing! 3:27 vehicle showed up telling me he was just told about the service. Had to collect my kids at the school reception because of course, I was 10 mins late...

They don't deserve even a one star. I booked a taxi on Friday, wanted it to come on Saturday. I waited 15mins for a taxi, I was in hurry, so I called to Alpha Cars asking where is taxi, the operator said it will be with me soon. Taxi never showed up. I called again and said it's not here so I want to cancel it. They said sorry and sent me a message that the driver couldn't find me which is not true! The taxi never come to pick me up. So disappointed, because of them I was late to my appointment. I will never use them again and won't recommend to anyone.

The company is good depending on what driver you get there is a mini bus driver who resembles Shrek with a Liverpool accent beware he is a greedy bully.

Worst taxi company in Basingstoke order anying thing nere 12pm they say thay can't do it till 1 am rude staff on the phone as well and will lie though there teeth there is only 1 taxi company in Basingstoke delta cars cheaper and want to help you un like greedy alfa cars

Used this company for a couple of airport journeys recently. Minibus arrived on time, clean bus, driver Mark very pleasant and drove very professionaly with no dramas. Overall excellent service

Is this company a joke? Taxi drivers obviously swiping money! 'I dont really like to take card payments' Then tried charging £10 for a £7/8 trip!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! VERY POOR SERVICE!!! ROBBING BASTARDS! Reading the reviews Im not the only one who thinks so!

Awful customer service. Rude office staff, rude taxi driver. Incredibly rude employee swearing and using rude, derogatory language when I complained about the poor service.

They quoted me ?40 for caversham to terminal 4 but end up charging ?45; when checked with the base I receive a response stating that he has incorrectly quoted. This is poor on their part.

Used this company this week and they were terrific. Required 2 cars drivers Azam & Azeem both were super smart and punctual with both drivers getting in touch to let us know they were there at the airport. Excellent service and would definitely use again when we fly back over in 2 weeks.

Having used Triple a cars for the first time i was honestly amazed with their superb service and i was picked up in a Skoda Superb too how ironic is that! Great drivers, clean car and the operator was very helpful as im quite new to Reading.

Save us £30.00 each time we use dem to airport cus uber costing £58.00 for basic Prius in uberx. thes send EClass Benz for £35.00 whereas uberBlack costing £70.00 for same. Trained to make feel like queen. Carry 2 big suitcases with hands dem balance 3rd cabin luggage pon head. Professionals boys day'n'nite wear suits.

A real nightmare! I had to go to the National Express coach stop on Bath Rd, Reading, so I booked a taxi by phone and specified that - despite I knew the bus stop was adjacent to the Recreation Ground - I had never been there so I needed the taxi driver to know where we were heading. I was reassured that that was not a problem, advised just to tell the driver that I needed to go that 'well-known' coach stop, and so I booked the taxi for a quote of £12. On the morning of the journey I did as advised: I showed the driver my tickets with the details of the coach stop location and he told me he knew exactly where it was, and soon we were on our way to Calcot. Guess what? He had no clue where the destination was, he tried to dump me at a few random bus stops in Calcot, I missed my coach and had to ask to be taken to Reading station where I had to buy new tickets for the quicker Railair. Once at the station, he charged me £25, refused to recognise his mistake and to give me any discount
