Shocking customer service from themselves firstly after waiting an extra ten minutes, after you had being told said taxi would arrive in 15 minutes, to get spoken to like an abhorrent destitute manor of which was insulted characteriscally by the person on the phone. Not even an apology after explain the whole situation again to remind him why I was calling with a bit of an issue to question. And I'm seriously considering putting a complaint in to the council about this clear and awful customer service. Which is now way to run a business espiwcially one in which transports people constantly round a vibrant town such as reading, shouldn't have byssinosis being able to operate within staff using such, childish, immature, disrespectful vocabulary: not a society that one should have to live in.
