    • Booked a car to go to and from the airport I could not fault the service i receive, Both cars was there on time the driver was in the airport to meet us. They helped us with the bags (not every company does this) the fares was reasonable very happy with the service Thankyou capital cars !!!!!!!!!!

    • Booked a car to take us from Reading to Basildon Park. Reservation was for 10:00 am. We were at the assigned pickup point at 9:55. Received an email at 9:58 saying the reservation was cancelled. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I would leave a 0 star rating if possible.

    • Wouldn't recommend personally. Booked a taxi on Saturday 2nd Sep 17 2 hours before I needed it. 10 minutes passed from our due pickup time so rang to see where it was. The male operator was rude and said how he didn't control the taxis and would get here when it gets here... what's the point in pre booking if it still doesn't arrive. Taxi eventually turned up 40 minutes after it was booked for! Operator was poor in handling this and very bad customer service. As I say personally I wouldn't recommend and would highly recommend you chasing the car up before it's too late for you as well if you do book.

    • Booked transport to airport for a few days hence - also arranged pick up with flight number for return to Blighty. Price reasonable & no major hassle - Call handler ( wish I got her name) very efficient. Job done 1 less worry.

    • Avoid This Taxi Company Like The Plague! If you want to be left stranded at the airport after a long day of travelling because your booking (which was booked three months in advance and trebled checked) was cancelled by them in error then go ahead and book them at your peril. No recompense offered at all, it's not their policy - owner not interested.

    • They quoted me ?40 for caversham to terminal 4 but end up charging ?45; when checked with the base I receive a response stating that he has incorrectly quoted. This is poor on their part.
