Jake's Cars are a local taxi service near me and were recommended by my son. I use them on a regular basis as I have some trouble walking. The service they provides brilliant. The lady that answers the phone, Debbie, is very nice and the drivers are smartly dressed, friendly and always turn up on time. I would recommenced them to others for the great service.

Jake's Cars are a local taxi company to me that I have been using for a few months now, and the service with them is always excellent. The staff are very friendly and they always turn up on time, if there is any reason they may be a little later than expected they let me know which is great. I cant fault them at all and would recommend them to others.

Travelling back from London late last night. I called and made a booking in the morning and mentioned I was not sure of exact time coming back +/- 15 mins. Politely informed it would not be a problem, just call and we can change it when you are on the train back, I was informed. So I call from the train to advise the correct time, the chap the other end was so rude, arrogant, aggressive and totally unhelpful. When I explained I had mentioned that I was unsure of correct pick up time. He launched into one saying that I should not have been told that and there was nothing he was prepared to do. I have phoned their office this morning and relayed everything that was said to me and told it would be dealt with but I have no guarantee anything will be done. I got home in the end but it was hassle. My thoughts are if this was my daughter, wife or a young person travelling that had made arrangements to be left alone with no help whatsoever it would be extremely upsetting.

Carline Taxi is always Reliable. It Never late. I i get that taxi every week to work. They are so friendly I do Recommend it. I would loved it 10 stars

Great service at fair prices. You get a text to say the reg of the taxi as it pulls up so you know you are safe to get in. I left my duty-free bag in the cab by mistake and the driver was honest enough to hand it to the office. I have used them for years now and highly recommend them.

Taxi was late. Driver didnt apologise. Missed the train because of it. Terrible service. Avoid.

The worst taxi service in the UK! I can't understand why they're still allowed to operate. Made advanced booking (as broadly advertised on their taxis "Advanced Booking Only") and gave them custom for three months. When I informed them that I wouldn't need their services during the Christmas break but would require it after that, this rude woman bluntly told me that they can't offer me advanced booking anymore! When asked why, she rudely offered a flimsy excuse that it's due to road works! Flabbergasted, I told her that taxis were arriving on time for us and that it was fine. She refused. When school reopened, her colleague reinstated our advanced booking. First week was fine. 2nd week, a taxi arrived on a non-booked day. I reminded the driver of my booked days. Later called United Taxis to confirm that their drivers were aware of my booked days. Their response - my booking had been cancelled. Why? Because I didn't use a taxi that I had NOT booked for! Is this in the UK?!! Shambolic!!!

We called at 5.13 for a taxi at 7. 10pm no one arrived sow we called the taxi driver, he said he would be 15 minutes... Half hour had past so we called the office... For him to tell us the driver wasn't coming... Without telling us. So we lost our seats at the restaurant we booked. We called a minumin of 10x they hung up on us multiple times. And didn't care about our experience. We are not fro the area and booked a nice meal for the evening ... For this taxi company to ruin our exprenice completely. Do not use.

This is a terrible company. I was charged £20 for this short trip. The driver even stopped to fill up with petrol. Never ever will I book again. AAA to B charge £14 for the same journey and the drivers are polite.

Booked with RH10 very early in morning to Gatwick Turned up on time good service. Disappointed they were not available to collect us upon our return!

Very bad service never using them again

Absolutely terrible service!!! I booked a car for 08:20 to get to work with time to spare but 10 mins after the car was meant to arrive I get a call from the driver who has only just left to pick me up! Eventually after 3 further phone calls to give the driver directions he picks me up 25 mins late. A journey that should have got me to work by 08:40 actually took until 09:10 and I was charged £13 for the privilege! No apologies from the driver either!!

I'm bloody fuming Have been collecting Metro taxi stamps (crawley) for a while now have 22 stamps, you need 10 for 5 pounds off your next ride Metro will not honour them because they're not all on the same card!!!!! I will not be using Metro any more and I would not recommend!! Very unhelpful staff surely in today's day and age would be good to keep a dedicated customer?

Terrible. Used twice, both times lied about the wait by over half an hour.
