Do Not Use always late very rarely on time ,you phone to find out where the car is only to be told one thing then call again to be told something totally different.So avoid at all cost do not use

Always run late, taxi turned up 40 mins late so we missed our train!!!! Call handler even ruder!! Awful company

Always double or triple the time estimates, never apologise for delays. Some of the drivers are rude.

My boyfriend needed to get somewhere urgently so he called these guys and they didnt turn up for half an hour so he rang again turns out they never even sent one but one should be coming soon, waited about 20mins and never turned up so he rang them up to cancel because he was getting a different taxi and the bloke on the phone said “I thought we had already cancelled” my boyfriend was waiting nearly an hour for nothing yet they said twice that theyre coming to pick him up. The other taxi he called not from this place came within 5mins. Do NOT recommend this place

Phoned up on Wednesday for a taxi at 2:40 pm 5 times wouldnt pick up been loyal for 5 years always had a problem with them late Ill never trust again

Absolutely do not use if you have to be anywhere in a rush. Even if you pre book on the app youre still guaranteed to be late as no driver will pick up the job until the time its pre booked for. Customer service staff are rude a lot of the time and have a reputation for being rude or uncooperative, I dread to think how they talk to the drivers. I would suggest only using outside of peak times. Never had an issue with any of the drivers.

I forgot my purse in a taxi last night around 8 pm, I only discovered this morning around 8 am. Called the customer service and was asked to call in the afternoon because their drivers arent available. My partner decides to call them from America because my bank card and student rail cards are all in the purse. She hung up on him 3 times and all the time blaming him that I should have kept my property safe. And till now, I have not gotten any information on my missing property. I think their service is crappy. I have just deleted the app and I will rather stick with Uber, Atleast they care about me and whats mine.

Hopped in an Excel taxi at Sheffield train station for a short ride home after a very long trip. On the way my husband asked driver if he took credit cards, guy replied "Cash". Husband requested driver stop at cash machine and made clear we had no cash on us. We suggested stops on the way and the driver ignored us, pretended not to hear. At our destination husband again offered to pay by card, thinking the 'cash' was a preference only. Driver rejected card, so we had to travel several blocks around to a nearby cash point in order to pay him, and got out to walk the extra bit home with our luggage. The whole thing was a ploy to extend the trip and milk a few more pounds out of us.The side of the taxi shows an array of cards it will accept, and the 'tap to pay' icon. This company should not be allowed to use the train station taxi rank.

Called today, in total agony, to get a taxi to the A & E. Didn't have any cash so asked to pay by card. The receptionist was exceptionally rude and aggressive. She took no time to help me even though I said and she could hear, how much pain I was in. I've used Excell for years, I won't be doing it again!!!!!!!

Cant normally fault, but some drivers go long way round, for example Tues 26th Feb, booked a journey that's normally £3.50 driver went longest way round and it cost me £5 I wasn't happy. I told excel on their feedback but no refund or apology was given.

Discussed. They leave loan females stranded despite pre booing days in advance. Only gave 1 star review because I couldn't leave a review otherwise or it would be no stars.

Do not use this company. We booked with them 2.5 weeks in advance for a wedding event in a remote location. They cancelled our booking a few days before the event but they did not contact us to let us know so we only discovered this while already at the wedding with no chance to make alternate arrangements so my family were left stranded miles from our hotel. Shameful behaviour and no real apology. Do yourself a favour and use anyone else.

Avoid , charged significant amount more than app advised for journey, very expensive and a rip off.

Booked a taxi a week in advance to go to a wedding,did not turn up called office only to be told they werent coming.it would be nice if they notified you so you can make alternative arrangements. Would never use these again as service is appalling. Three other couples were also let down at wedding. What is the point of taking bookings when they know they are not going to honour them. Zero stars and would never recommend.

Avoid!! Zero stars! Do not use this appalling company. I dont know why we gave this company more than one chance as they are completely useless!! They do not turn up and the app is utterly pointless. They left my husband stood out in the rain after he booked a taxi with them on the app, he rang and they told them a taxi would definitely arrive, but couldnt say when. Half an hour later and still nothing. He rang them again to be told they have no taxis! So due to the time he had to walk home at 11:30pm. Absolute joke!! They should have just told the truth in the first place.

I've never had an experience like this with a taxi driver. My brother accidentally shut the car door too hard. The taxi driver hurled abuse out of his window. I apologised profusely on his behalf. He then started hurling abuse at us when I was apologising and said he didn't want this fare anyway cos of us lot from Barnsley. Then threw us out. Well, drove us away from my brothers house to where we were too far away to walk back (I'm disabled), asked us to get out and pay to there. He promptly unlocked his doors when I said I'd phone the police if he didn't let us out. I wasn't drunk or funny with him. Honestly I'm gobsmacked.

Booked a taxi 24 hours in advance for them to not turn up on the night leaving my boyfriend and father in law stranded in middle of Sheffield absolute joke

Turned up at 03;00 am, bang on time .Helped with cases and made us feel welcome and safe.Was waiting as we returned tired and hungover. Have booked again for later this year Thanks

Book a taxi to take us to airport, they was about 1 hour late and went we finally arrived at airport he was very rude saying that it was not his problem if we miss a flight. Never book again.

Only used twice. First time they denied it was a return booking and we had to change our plans. But that was nothing compared to last night. They left my 16 year old daughter and 2 of her friends . When I rang to complain today they denied the booking was every placed and when I pushed the point, they suggested my daughter was a " liar". Will never use again.

NEVER EVER EVER BOOKING KG TAXIS EVER AGAIN!!!!! CHANGED TO A 14 SEATER TAXI 2 WEEK AGO PAID A DEPOSIT TO BE GIVEN A 8 SEATER TAXI AND A RUDE MAN ON PHONE THAT PUT PHONE DOWN ON ME AFTER SAYIN THERE IS NO SPARE TAXI OR MINI BUS TO TAKE US???!!! ALSO SWORE AT US. AND TO SPEAK TO BOSS TUESDAY?! GAVE US NO OTHER OPTIONS JUST SAID NOTHING TO DO WITH HIM. THEY'D EVEN SENT ANOTHER TAXI FIRM TO SORT IT OUT SO THIS POOR TAXI DRIVER GOT EAR ACHE AND HAD TO CHARGE US MORE TO DO 2 RUNS BECAUSE IT WAS HIS SEPERATE BUISNESS. Booked a taxi the night before for 7:40am to be at work for 8 oclock and the taxi didnt turn up till 8:05, phone them at 7:45 said they were 5 minutes away, they wasnt!

Estimated cost to Manchester airport £58. Actual cost £70!

After the last bus missed out AGAIN, I had to phone for a taxi but explained in only had £5 so could they take me as far as it goes & the driver ask where I lived & said he would take me home even though it would have cost more, he was such a nice man, I don't think you would get that with other companies so thank you martini for such good service.

Worst service ever, definetely do not recommend it. Ordered a taxi for 5:40am and it didnt come till 5:55am which lead to me being late for work. Ridiculous.

They sead he add a taxi then when I told him were i was going then they said they have not got one.and told him I need to get bk as my son was in a fit an he says not my fault
