    • Having used R&L Taxis during a recent family funeral visit to Llanelli, my Wife, Daughter and myself were extremely pleased with the 'high level' of service given. Nothing was too much trouble for Richard, he was punctual throughout and could not have done any better. We used him on a previous visit to Llanelli and will do so again in the future.     • driver sounded drunk and couldnt even get to the village hotel on SA1 without going wrong. the. charged a ridiculous fair despite providing a useless service...the sooner Uber can come to swansea the better as most firms are incompetent, but this one is bordering on hilarious

    • Prebooked taxi didn't turn again Phoned the taxi she said he be there in 5 minutes time after ten minutes phoned again said he's not far away. No show for the second time it won't happen again

    • My friend's and I used this mini bus service to take us up and pick us back up from a night out in Cardiff. Driver was so lovely, and the price was good. Cheaper than all over quotes. Definitely recommend

    • My girlfriend had a quote provided for a journey - £8 each way. The next day, she went ahead and booked the journey, mentioning that she needed a vehicle that can transport a wheelchair, and the fare went up to £20 each way. I'm not sure this is legal and I recommend you steer clear of these people.

    • Useless. Promised to pick me up in Swansea, to Ammanford. Now I'm stuck here till the morning. I've been a good customer, now won't answer the phone to me. Loyalty goes a long way, and he couldn't even be bothered to phone me to say he couldn't make it. AVOID... JUST ANOTHER USELESS TAXI DRIVER. I THOUGHT HE WAS DIFFERENT, BUT SAME OLD UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE TO EXPECT... Also, I used this taxi service for my work services, will not be able to use any more after this issue....
