    • Charged us tariff 3 Friday to go to a kids party a £18 fare costing £36 one way absolutely disgusted did debate this with the driver he said he can charge what he likes and he went the one route. Wil not use these again very disssointed.

    • Called today evening to order taxi from Victoria road. Lady over the phone said to me the waiting time is 30 minutes, I said I will wait. After 50 mins nobody came. When rang number again lady over the phone said that they do not have my order. When I asked how is that possible she literally started shouting on me, she was very very rude. She should be fired from work as she can't speak to people. Horrible service, no apology, rude, disgusting

    • Although they are in desperate need of new cabs as the interior are ofter ripped or dirty, they are reliable, on time, and we recognise the drivers.(being female its nice)
