    Last night about 8 people had booked a taxi from the London-Plymouth train. As the train was 20 min delayed (arrival time 00:50 am) we had all phoned the taxi company to warn them. Not a problem, they said. We came in 25 min late instead at 00:55. All but two taxis just left instead of waiting for 5 min for a train they knew had not arrived yet. The lady next to me saw her taxi drive away when she walked out of the station door. We all rebooked our taxis. The lady and I had decided to share her Taxi First taxi as mine was showing as booked but no driver was assigned. We could see hers was on the way. The driver refused to take me. He left me stranded. It was now 1:10 in the morning. I phoned Taxi First back and they told me they had no drivers. Thankfully, an unbooked taxi turned up who took me home. I arrived home at 1:30 in the morning instead of 1 am with First Taxi. I will NEVER use them again. Don't recommend them to women who need to get home at night!

    My 18 year daughter pre booked a taxi to dring her home from a night out. When she got in the taxi. The taxi man made her pay before going anywhere. He was really quite rude. And threatened her that if she dosnt pay in full before bring her home. After taking her money. He then refused to take her all the way home. Because the roads were to icy. So he made her get out the car from only dropping her not even half way home. She was left at the side of the road at 6am on her own to walk. And she had already paid in full at the beginning of the journey. This is disgusting,

    Pre booked night before. Upon calling they couldnt see booking, hadnt allocated a vehicle and couldnt provide a vehicle in time for booked train. Due to waiting to call to give them allowance for traffic it was then too late to get another taxi in time. Missed train despite pre booking a long time in advance and to the train station. Do not use. Try Tower instead.

    I have multiple journals with this its like a hit a miss really one was amazing there the other one was horrible he was inpatient I am 13 my card declined and he was shouting while I was called my dad who sent me money really I wouldnt recommend it was a disgrace.

    I called a taxi at 6pm to pick me up for 8pm. I have just finished a 14 hour shift in the care home I work at. I rang the taxi company at 8:10pm and someone told me the driver was dropping someone off in leigham, and will be on their way. I rang again at 8:30pm. They then said theres no one available and itll be a long wait. Do taxi companies not prioritise key workers anymore ? Why do they book people in if theyre unable to attend to that person on time or near the time ? Its now been 40 minutes. Why do drivers click off when they have someone to attend to? This has been happening a lot recently. If they had told me no sorry we dont have enough drivers, I wouldve found a different way home. People rely on taxis daily, Id rather be told no than be told yes and then have to wait 45 minutes to go home after an extremely long day.

    Shocked and saddened that a young man with health issues had a seizure this morning after being berated by a Taxi First driver in Stoke. I urge you PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS TAXI COMPANY. Ive just been seen the list of complaints on their Facebook page. Thankfully the man concerned is recovering but this could have been a lot worse for said gentleman and the taxi driver. Appalling customer service from this driver. Should he be on the road right now?

    Booked a car for 6.30pm for a restaurant booking at 7pm,at 6.40 I rang them to check on where the car was.Operators answer was we are running an hour behind so you car will arrive around 8pm.Telling me I should book an hour earlier to allow for this.Totally shocking service and attitude.The sooner Ola or Uber arrive in Plymouth ther better

    Ruined my birthday. Ordered a taxi which arrived on time but impatient to wait more than 3 minutes for me to walk from the train to the front of the station. Told me hed cancelled when I got to the front. Made me late for my appointment. Never use again. Absolutely awful taxi company. Shoddy drivers.

    Terrible service taxi didn't show up even though we booked 4 hours in advance. Control room have no idea what is going on or where the cabs are and lied to me several times saying taxi was on it's way. Never use this company again. Rubbish.

    Having epilepsy and therefore not driving I regularly use taxifirst for my children's school run, my work, my social and my wifes business customers as we have done religously for the last twelve years.That's12 years guys. What a let down the last two months of No shows have been. I am so glad I am not a single lonely female phoning your company late at night aski.g when the taxi I order two hours ago is,..only to be told so many time Its on its way. I will not thank you for your bad none existant service.
