08/03/19 This company is a 5 minute walk from me. When booking I explained that I needed a cab to take me and my cat to a local vet for an appointment. It arrived so late as to be useless- the driver actually told me he didn't know what the current time was. Rang to complain, dispatcher told me that they're "not in control of the traffic". Won't be using again.
