    • Really bad service, I pre-booked a taxi several hours before for after midnight. I waited for additional 10 mins and taxi no show. I called the operator and was told the taxi came to pick up point and I didn't turn up. all surrounding buildings are closed and no where for me to go accept stand at the pick up location. So either I am invisible or intime taxi operator is lying.

    • I booked them around midnight, after waiting 2 mins. The operator tells me they cancelled my booking because the driver came and waited and called me, but I was a no show. I asked them to email me the proof that the driver called me as I received no calls and I didn't move from the pick up point and it would be impossible for the driver to or myself not to notice each other on Oxford road (pickup point). They disconnected my call several times. At the end I booked UBER, who came within 3 mins. Operator really really and I really mean it...really rude.

    • 6 months ago- I always rely on these guys whenever I need a taxi. They have only let me down once and that was when I needed to pre-book a minivan from Manchester Airport arrivals. They didn't allow this and said that I had to call once my family arrived. Despite being assured that a minivan would be available, once my wife and kids did arrive unfortunately the next InTime minivan could only make it in 40 minutes. I had to use an airport taxi which was a costly affair.

    • I phoned this taxi company at 08:09 on March the 4th 2015, to be told they would be here in "5 or 10 minutes" I would never have been bothered if they had turned up 15, 20 or 25 minutes later. After 30 minutes I called them back to be told I was "next in the queue" and they would be another 5 minutes. "Okay", I thought a little peeved, but prepared to wait. So you can imagine after another 15 minutes, I call again -this time THEY PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME so I called someone else. Not even sure if they are a real company or not, AVOID THEM AND DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE.

    • These people told me it was a 20 minite wait for a taxi. 50 minites later still no taxi. I rang them back only to be told by a very rude lady that i will just have to wait. The customer service is terrible and their taxis turn up an hour late. Avoid this taxi service like the plague
