    Despite pre booking a return trip to West Ashling , the return didn't turn up , phoned 5 times and promises of 'driver is on the way' were all false. Was left stranded until pub owner gave us a lift home. Irony then that later I got a text almost 2 hours after the pick up time saying the cab was outside the pub !!! Avoid this Company.

    Appalling. Pre-booked means nothing. Waited an hour and eventually someone arrived but not until 2 calls to hq. Very poor customer service (oxymoron). Stressed driver who spent far more time on his gadgets than safely navigating our trip home. Happily it wasnt raining as we were in the middle of the countryside. Avoid this company.

    DON'T USE ANDI CARS GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE! - They refused to take us where we needed to go! ruining my birthday! I would give 0 stars but that't not an option. We had booked with Andi cars to get us to Winchester for my birthday celebrations. Booking was taken with no issues, and we were made to pay the return leg of the journey in advance. On the day, despite booking a month ago, they failed to show up on time, when my husband called they told us they were struggling to allocate a driver. After 30 minutes waiting we called again and was told a driver 7 mins away from us will be allocated, after waiting on hold we were then told the driver refused the job. I have never experienced a taxi company flat out refusing to get us where we wanted to go, clearly unless you want to go local Andi cars are simply not interested. I just wish this was told to us when we booked so we could have made alternative arrangements. But they couldn't care less. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

    Avoid absolutely Disgusting service booked a 6 seater a week prior to requirement phoned again on the morning that we needed was assured all was good had to phone again as taxi didnt turn up on time eventually turned up 25 mins late then for the return had to phone 3 times and was eventually sent 2 taxis which were an 1 hr late as the 6 seater was not available company is a shower of Shxt

    AVOID!!! Left disabled relative abandoned in scorching hot temperatures waiting for a taxi that was pre-booked hours earlier by phone. The weekend supervisor said it was "Human Error" and admitted they gave up trying to dispatch a vehicle because they "assumed they would no longer be waiting after 1hr and 40 minutes" and even though we know they had other vehicles in the area at this time they said "these vehicles couldn't be dispatched once they had dropped off their passengers!" No regard for the physical or mental well-being of their customers what's so ever.

    Ordered a taxi at least 6 hours before I needed it to go to work. Asked the controller please can you make sure it's on time. Half an hour later it turned up. Phoned at 6 o clock this morning for 5 past 8am. I got so fed up I walked the 2 1/2 miles home. I got a phone call at 8:25 to say they had arrived. When I said I was walking I had the phone out down on me. Guess I'll be getting fit walking or get a bike. Very unhappy wet customer. Unfortunately 1 star is too generous and the obviously don't read their reviews

    We had not used andicars for sometime as they were so unreliable that we could not trust them turning up on time. We tried them again booking a taxi for 11 PM. We had to phone three times and still the taxi arrived over 20 minutes late. Be warned this is the most unreliable taxi firm I have ever had the misfortune of using. We will not be using them again! They deserve no stars

    Continuing my last complaint... driver today requested a tip. He asked how much I was paying. This surprised me as the price was on his phone. He elaborated and asked am I rounding it up to 15, 18 or 20? I said just the price on his phone(obviously?), then realised what he was hinting at. Yet again, very unprofessional for him to ask for tips! ... and on another occasion... I was supporting a woman in a wheelchair to get home. On booking I informed them I had a passenger in a wheelchair. I go out when the taxi is due and see it driving out of the car park! It hadn't been 2 minutes since the taxi got there. I order a 2nd taxi and go back inside to wait as it was cold and pouring with rain. I see through the window our taxi coming, and as we got outside it pulled away and we were left in the rain again. Our 3rd taxi came, this time I did not say I had a wheelchair and the taxi waited. Do andicars discriminate disabled people?

    If you want a company which is consistently late, unprofessional and unreliable then look no further! I had a lovely experience a while ago where a driver acted quite familiar towards me. He asked my relationship status, if I was looking for a boyfriend, and then proceeded to ask me out on a date! It put me in an unnerving, vulnerable situation. This man knew where I live, work, and has my personal phone number! I was also still in his car! I did not know what to do and dreaded what he could to do if I said no Andicars clearly care about their employees' training and standard of professionalism! Furthermore, on many occasions I have had to call several minutes AFTER my taxi was due, to find out that a driver has not even been sent yet! It's always fun to know you're going to be late with this company! Today my taxi arrived 25 minutes late despite booking over an hour before I needed it, and calling to find out if it's coming. I would rather walk than use andicars

    Rudest driver I have ever encountered! Never again! Such a shame. I'd give 0 stars if it was an option. Drive like lunatics and too quickly. It's dangerous. Pulled out on someone and didn't even look where he was going then told her off!

    Do not use them!!! Appalling service, they eventually arrived 1hour late after 4 phone calls from me asking where they were. They don't deserve the business. I don't want to give any stars but have to give 1 to enable me to post review.

    I have only ordered taxis when I needed them (so I cannot give a rating for pre-booking) and they arrived on time, was taken to my destination without any problems. Drivers aren't very talkative, but this is a trait I like. So far so good.

    Non existent. The taxi was running late and they didnt have the decency to ring and let me know. I clearly stated when booking the taxi the previous night that I had a train to catch in the morning. I waited 15 mins after the arranged time and called Andicars to enquire where the taxi was. I was told it was running late and I didnt even get an apology. I will not be using this firm again.

    On a Wednesday evening I booked a return Taxi to a local restaurant - turned up on time, good. But no taxi arrived to bring us home. After 4 phone calls during which we were lied to - ie Taxi is on its way - Taxi will be 6 minutes - Oh Taxi has been cancelled - I received a text saying the taxi was on its way!!!!!!! Taxi arrived 50 minutes after the pre booked time. Totally unreliable and dishonest company. Don't use them

    Fantastic service by Andi cars. Pre booked taxi to collect from Emsworth and return to Portsmouth. The price given at the time of booking was below the estimate and taxi arrived on time. Would highly recommend and will use again.

    A complete joke with incompetent,unreliable emplyees and taxi drivers.I booked a taxi, got a text from them shortly after, confirming my appointment to the requested time.However the taxi didn't turn up.I waited for a while and then rang Andicars just to be told that it didn't look like i had a taxi booked. I then asked how quickly I could get a taxi and the woman from andicars told me that she could not get hold of any taxi drivers at that time and that they did not have any taxis in portsmouth so it could take a while to have another taxi but she will send me one as soon as there will be one available,but she couldn't even tell me when that would be.I therefore missed my appointment.If someone books a taxi means they have to get somewhere at a certain time,so I don't think they should expect it to be ok if you if they send a taxi 1 hour late after being chased up.Utter disgrace!Shame on you andicars!!! I am most certinly never going to call them again nor will I recomend it to anyone

    Terrible!! Pre booked cab giving 40 mins notice !! After several calls to andi cars. The white Hyundai driver turned up 40 mins late. No sorry no nothing. He said he didn't care if we were waiting!! Pretty annoyed at his lack of customer service , he blamed the people at andi cars and the controller. At the end of the cab ride I said as you were so late on a pre booked cab I am only paying £2.50 of the £5 fare. He said piss off and threw money out of the window saying get out piss off I don't need your fooking lousy money and told me, he will make sure I won't get a cab again!! ( like I am going to use andi cars again lol). I got out of car he then sped off at speed with the car door open. The taxi driver is a nutter. Please avoid!! Worst cab company & driver!! It's not rocket science u take a pre booked cab booking with 40 mins notice and turn up on time in a pleasant friendly manner. Don't be late don't be rude !!

    Utter disgrace. I advise know one to use them. We pre booked and pre paid for a taxi to show up and it never showed. For two hours we tried phoning the office with no luck and finally decided to use a different cab firm.

    Terrible. Despite pre-booking and several phone calls the taxi did not turn up in Denmead. Apparently the driver couldn't find the house despite having the house name, number and post code and my standing outside for 40 minutes in the rain to flag him down. Will never use Andicars again.

    Terrible. We booked a taxi to take us home from a wedding and it arrived over and hour late. We called repeatedly and were told different arrival times each time and that the problem was due to the taxis being overbooked. Will not be using them again.

    I have used Andi cars several times to go to Havant Station. They have always been on time and dropped me promptly. Occasionally, at busy times, one is in a queue on the phone to book, so I always book well in advance. To return from the station, I have sometimes phoned to book rather than use the expensive station taxis and had to wait 10 - 15 minutes. Overall, I find them good.

    They are the worst Taxi firm I have ever encountered. I am disabled, and rely on a Taxi to stop me being housebound. I have used Andicars for over three years and have given them chance after chance to improve. They have had iT problems and other problems too numerous to mention. The last straw came when I order a taxi, and was told 5 to 10 minutes. After 20 minutes, I rang and was told the driver was on route and was a mile away, and would be with me in a short while. I explained that I had an appointment at 7.00 pm and needed to arrive 10 minutes early, so at 6:50 pm., Bearing in mind I had booked the taxi at 6:12, with a journey time of 10 minutes, would have got me that by 6:30 pm at the latest, but we are talking about Andicars. After about 35 minutes, I rang again only to be told that the driver had gone home. If I had not rang, I would have ended up not having a taxi ever, or until the taxi driver started work again. DO NOT USE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, USE THEM AT YOU PERIL.

    We was staying at a B&B just outside Chichester rang for a cab to Southbourne before we got in the cab it was £7.80 the driver was surprised, he thought it was a fixed price so did I,the clock ticked up 3.5 mille journey for £12 really, looks like they have a surcharge for non locals,on the return got another taxi cab firm just over £6 ... Buyer Beware and this cab firm was recommended by the B&B owner ****************************

    Doesn't even deserve one star .. Pre booked taxi in MUTINY 2017. Waited hour after booked time to recieve a call that the driver is 1 min away... Another 30 mins go by ..doesn't pick up the phone number given by the company.... Used the tracker link and turns out our car isn't even near the pick up location...another 30 mins ended up ordering expensive UBER. GUESS WHO DRIVES PAST US WITH PASSENGER'S IN CAR - our taxi...FIRST AND LAST TIME ME OR MY FAMILY/FRIENDS WILL BE USING ANDI CARS. Just for reference - plate number HN66 6NC

    I have been using Andicars quite a lot recently, undergoing treatment for breast cancer. Overall not been too bad as long as the cab is booked in advance. However yesterday I had to use them for another reason, my little cat Smudge badly hurt her leg and I had to get an emergency appointment at the vets. I clearly stated to the lady who answered the phone that it was to transport a cat. When the cab arrived the driver informed us that he does not take animals and threatened to cancel the job. Obviously Smudge was in a lot of pain with a badly swollen leg, after begging with him he agreed as long as we put Smudge (who was in a secure carrier) in the boot, not a way to treat a small animal especially in the hot temperature.. When he pulled out of our road he nearly hit another car, asked for his name, he refused and purposely turned his name badge round.Thankfully Smudge is OK, badly sprained. Tried to complain still waiting for an call back.

    I am disabled so need a reliable taxi firm, unfortuantely AndiCars are not. I use AndiCars about 6 times a week, but they are frequently unreliable. I booked a taxi for 14:40, and it turned up at 15:30, 50 minutes late, and expected me to still want it. What a joke. I have given them chance after chance, this time was the last. I will take my large custom elsewhere, I cannot rely on a incompetent company. Anyone who knows of any reliable, reasonably priced company, please let me know.

    on 2 occasions in the last week the taxi has not turned up at all (despite being booked the night before ) making my wife late for work, also, a taxi has not stopped outside our door but half way down our long road- expecting her to walk to meet it- we called him to come nearer,and to top it off... today the phone rings to say the taxi is outside waiting, 4 minutes later it actually turns up, not really acceptable. plus points the cars have been clean and modern, and most of the drivers have been polite! I would like to think things may improve , im not so sure they can be bothered to.

    Awful organisation ordered 2 taxi's only 1 turned up and that was late, sorted that out eventually but arrived at venue half hour late. Ordered 2 taxi's to pick us up at the end of the evening guess what none turned up complete chaos trying to get it sorted eventually got home nearly an hour late. Only saving grace was the drivers who were polite and the cars were clean modern

    I needed a local taxi to take me about 2 miles at midnight, the taxi arrived within 5 minutes of the phone call, just charged me a couple of pounds and the taxi driver was nice.
