Always say they are too busy for bookings on the app, no matter what time of day. Rubbish service.

Absolutely awful experience with a very rude gentleman operator.The taxi that I ordered with him on 24/10/18 did not turn up .I rang to see where it was he said that no taxi was booked in for me .He swore black was white that he hadn't took the call even though he said that he was the only operator in the office and had been since 5am that morning.At no time did he offer to try and sort something out as he could not pull a taxi out of thin air.The taxi was to take me to a serious hospital appointment.Needless to say I will not ever be using them again.
