Dangerous drivers. Do not use them. Sooner or later they will likely kill someone!!! Every morning we cycle with our child to school, and at least once a week, every week, a Steve's Taxi car will almost hit us! Either dangerous overtaking, dangerous undertaking, pulling out without looking, or pulling over without looking. The drivers are rude, inconsiderate and dangerous. Avoid this awful company like the plague!

Rude obnoxious staff Ordered a taxi to take me my partner and daughter and husband home 8.30 pm not late taxi turntup got in it and somebody p!d all over back seat 2 of us were soaking wet.Taxi driver said it wasnt his fault we walked to office they were dame right rude and obnoxious I asked what they were going to do about it they said nothing its not there problem so two very wet bums and clothes later not even a offer of another taxi home.What a disgusting company .!!!going to contact trading standards.

Office staff are completely rude and unhelpful. 4 times I have called now requesting a receipt only to be told that they could not as the manager was not in nobody else could email across. By the 3rd call, I eventually got through to the manager who said they would send it on and 4 days later they still have not. 4th call was today again to the rude receptionist who could not assist me. When I told her the urgency in terms of me being able to complete my expenses, she just told me there was nothing that she could do and that was that! I do understand there will be a process that they have to follow, but there is a way to communicate to your customers and that is not it. Very cold, no apology offered - the message was just not delivered in the nicest way. Such a shame considering the drivers are absolutely lovely. I will not be using this service again and will recommend my company to do the same.
