    • The most expensive taxis who are often late but will greedily charge me extra for being 5 minutes late. This is a family company who employs some drivers who dont know their way to Stoke train station , dont know how to use satnav , who will take me on longer routes and charge more , who do not turn up even during peak hours , and some are sleazy , touch my hands when I get my luggage out , call me baby , or keep texting me asking for a date, who dont help me when I have heavy groceries , who end up somewhere else because the operators give them incorrect directions . They are a disgrace to the public , and to regular customers . No point complaining about inefficiencies because family members work in there.

    • My elderly father caught a taxi outside Stoke station, they charged £15 for a fare that should have been £7.50. When I telephoned they said the drivers can charge what they want if not pre-booked. Disgusting.

Booked a taxi at 7:17am over an hour later later and 2 taxis turn up. 1 of them to pickup a customer who was there after we were and a second to drop someone off. Male staff on the phone are extremely rude, they just hang up the phone without listening to their customers. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.     • Driver was smartly dressed with a name board awaiting my arrival at Manchester airport. He helped me with my luggage and opened the door for me. Best customer service from a taxi company. Highly recommended and will always be using Roseville Taxi for airport transfers

    • Disgusting service. Pre booked taxi to pick us up after NYE party at 00.45. Waited for 15 mins then when i phoned, at first i was told it had been cancelled, then changed his story and said that because we weren't there the driver took someone else! We were outside and waiting 5 mins before the scheduled time! Was then told that no more available and he hung up on me! Disgusting. Left us all stranded with no way to get home. Will never use again and would strongly suggest that nobody else uses either! Abysmal attitude on the phone.

    • We used this company for a journey which normally costs £10 to £12. The taxi driver, who drove like a maniac, charged us £20. I contacted the company to complain. They promised to investigate and phone me back. That was more than a week ago, and I have heard nothing.

    • All i can Say is that this Minibus/taxi firm is Fantastic with Disabled Children and people with Special needs in transporting children and people to Schools and FE Colleges one Escort for instant is Named Dillon absolutely brillant with my Son always Comes to the door to greet him and He is great with Manners alway a good morning from him and a happy person. Great with Children with Needs. He deserves a pay rise.
