Very pleased with the service today. Ordered a taxi to travel to work. It arrived in good time and the driver was polite and courteous. The fare was at a good rate too. Will definitely use again.

My daughter and her boyfriend were told they had to pay up £7.00 from Kingstanding to Erdington before the car would move. My daughter paid and called me. I went out to speak to the drive who admitted that he had called base and should have charged £6.50. He then reduced the bill to £5.00. I will never again use this company and don't recommend anyone else to. Reading previous comments there seems to be a pattern

I forget my phone on the passenger seat. Driver took up my phone and kept it. That is discussed. .

Absolutely disgraceful experience. Overcharged considerably. Driver would not let me speak - intimidating to a woman. Called base who told me it was my fault and that he didn't care as I wasn't a regular. CALL STAR CARS OR KINGSTANDING - NEVER AN ISSUE
