I am a disabled passenger who called to booked a taxi for 12:30am on 20/02/2022, to be called back at the time we were due to be picked up and told they would be 10mins late. Standing in the rain and cold awaiting their arrival, I called them to see where they were. Driver tried to tell me they had waited outside. This did not happen - we were outside for 25mins. Taxi drivers should not leave anyone; never-mind someone who is vulnerable, after agreeing to the Booked Fare and times.

Just brilliant . Stranded in storm Arwen after traffic accident , nearly 200 miles from home. Service and help to solve our transport problem was above and beyond on a really difficult night to be on the road. We really appreciated your help last night. Thank you .

Brilliant taxi drivers especially Steve hes one of the best in my eyes hes funny a real gentleman & while still been provisional hes hellish just like one of us very trustworthy good crack & honest ,if you left something in the taxi he wouldve out his way to make sure he give you it back I must say so will all the other drivers ibfs f Ill e. even go as far to say its the BEST TAXI firm in Bishop Auckland, , I. have met lots of the drivers &there all gr8 the lasses in the office are very pleasant and helpful &try ther best to get you a taxi if you have to wait they will chat & keep you updated on your taxis location &how long you have to wait its never ages because they have so many drivers Steve your the boy m8 &a absolutely credit to the company

I got picked up on Saturday night and left my phone in one of their taxis. I rang the office off my wife's and within half a hour the taxi was waiting outside to return it to me. Fair, trustworthy, honest drivers. Not many people would of handed over the phone they would of kept it for themselves.

After being let down by another taxi firm Aabat Taxis arrived within ten minutes from making the booking! Driver turned up and was polite, really friendly and talkative. Will be taking my business there for sure!
