They don't deserve even a one star. I booked a taxi on Friday, wanted it to come on Saturday. I waited 15mins for a taxi, I was in hurry, so I called to Alpha Cars asking where is taxi, the operator said it will be with me soon. Taxi never showed up. I called again and said it's not here so I want to cancel it. They said sorry and sent me a message that the driver couldn't find me which is not true! The taxi never come to pick me up. So disappointed, because of them I was late to my appointment. I will never use them again and won't recommend to anyone.

The company is good depending on what driver you get there is a mini bus driver who resembles Shrek with a Liverpool accent beware he is a greedy bully.

Worst taxi company in Basingstoke order anying thing nere 12pm they say thay can't do it till 1 am rude staff on the phone as well and will lie though there teeth there is only 1 taxi company in Basingstoke delta cars cheaper and want to help you un like greedy alfa cars

Wouldn't recommend personally. Booked a taxi on Saturday 2nd Sep 17 2 hours before I needed it. 10 minutes passed from our due pickup time so rang to see where it was. The male operator was rude and said how he didn't control the taxis and would get here when it gets here... what's the point in pre booking if it still doesn't arrive. Taxi eventually turned up 40 minutes after it was booked for! Operator was poor in handling this and very bad customer service. As I say personally I wouldn't recommend and would highly recommend you chasing the car up before it's too late for you as well if you do book.

Used this company for a couple of airport journeys recently. Minibus arrived on time, clean bus, driver Mark very pleasant and drove very professionaly with no dramas. Overall excellent service

Booked transport to airport for a few days hence - also arranged pick up with flight number for return to Blighty. Price reasonable & no major hassle - Call handler ( wish I got her name) very efficient. Job done 1 less worry.

Fabulous service, The staff in the office were lovely and the driver was punctual and polite which made my experience of using a taxi a pleasant one. Having used other Taxi firms in the Basingstoke i can definitely say Alpha Cars tick all the boxes for me.
