Do not use JJ Taxis if you have any children prone to travel sickness. I was charged £25.00 valeting charge for my 4 year old being sick in the back of the car after we informed the driver before we started the journey that they were prone to being travel sick and if that was a problem could they send another driver... He carried on with the journey under full knowledge that my child could have been travel sick, he initially tried to charge £40.00 but he "called the office" and they said "it was the fare plus £25.00". If you are single or a couple with no children then JJ Taxis are a fairly good company, however if like me you have a young family your best bet is to use anyone else.

Used to use this company all the time , unfortunately this is the second time theyve left us in Canterbury , just cancelled our taxi even though weve paid upfront , what a joke , not using again
