Need a Cab

Awful service. All automated so you cant speak to a real person even when it all goes wrong. I booked a cab hours in advance but when it hadnt arrived 15 minutes after it was due the automated service told me it was looking for a driver. Eventually it arrived 33 minutes late. No apology from the driver just moaning about the lack of drivers following covid and brexit

Requested a dog friendly cab and operator advised no problem asked again to confirm and was told yes dog friendly. When the driver arrived he said we should have told them we had a dog when we booked as he wasnt expecting us to have a dog. Luckily he had an estate car and he let us put him in the back.. otherwise we would not have been able to use the cab. We will not be using need a cab in the future.

Seem to cancel every time I have booked one even as an account holder - very poor service.
