Excellent Service. Taxi arrived on time at the station even though my train was delayed!! Booked Roadrunner Taxis Totnes for the return journey and Victors wife collected us! Will certainly use these again! 10/10

Found my self at Torbay hospital heart unit with no mobile phone. upon discharge the reception staff phoned for a taxi, and passed me the phone I was told they would not send a taxi for me with no mobile phone despite me saying I was phoning from the hospital help desk. this resulted in me having to catch two buses home despite just being discharged. and stil having dressins.

Don't use. Terrible company. I pre booked a taxi from paignton to torbay hospital for an ergent appointment. After 10 minutes of being late I rang them to find out how much longer. I was told it would be 15 minutes. Totally unelectable. I would miss my appointment. Chap on phone couldn't care less. What is the point in pre booking when they have no intention of turning up on time.

I booked a taxi last week and got a text to confirm my booking for 23:00. At 22:50, I had a missed call. When I called back a few minutes later (waiting outside in the dark in a lane) I was told that my taxi had to be going back to Torbay, not Teignbridge so were cancelling. We were furious! Not only did we have children to get home for, but the fact that they had booked and confirmed where we were going to and then cancelled with only 10 minutes notice instead of contacting me at 7pm when I had booked it. It was the first time we had used this taxi service and I definitely wont bother giving them business next time! Disgusting customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would. If it had been a young woman on her own or a little old granny leaving the church hall with no way to get home and barely any phone signal, things could have been a much worse. Sort yourselves out Torbay Taxis!

Terrible! Bunch o amateurs you will never get anywhere ontime

I booked a taxi from Isaac Merrit in Paignton at approx.2:00pm.I received text at 2:09pm that it had been dispatched.At 2:11pm I was told it had arrived.I waited almost 10 mins outside in the rain,then went back inside.At 2:19 I was told I was not to be found. I have been a customer for over two years,and have never had such a problem. Yet, when I report it to someone in authority, I am dismissed without a credible explanation or apology.I am told that this person is Richard M. I have stated that I no longer wish to be a customer. Organized 3 days in advance for a 8 seater people carrier to accommodate a disabled person. Normal four seater taxi arrived 15 minutes late. Drove to the wrong destination, had no knowledge of the area that he covers ie Newton Abbot. We kept saying Torquay Road before Penn Inn Roundabout so he drove us towards Torquay??? We were late for the appointment and the entire journey was so stressful. I thought I had booked with Teignbridge Taxis but all messages were from Frankies Taxis. I will never use again.

Frankie's is really the best and most reliable taxi service in Exeter. Polite courteous drivers, punctual pick-up, clean cars. Can only be recommended. 5*
