Taxis in TR3

I don't know the gentleman's name who helped us but I hope he see's this! We luckily saw him at the Truro Train Station and we had been stranded for hours trying to get back to Newquay. We just needed to get to Truro Bus Station so we were on the right route BUT this little diamond offered to take us back to our hotel in Newquay, it was no trouble for him! He was so friendly and polite and he saved us a very long journey so thank you so much to this man! & I hope he has a fab time on his holidays! :)

Had so many bad experiences with them almost every time. They will not come to my house(too narrow turning apparently, even though we and neighbours have building work sometimes) Always late. Christmas day last year half an hour late, so I was late (Trauma Unit) Drivers that have had no idea where I live(I've had to tell them after a 13hr shift) then got charged more because of it.

I have been using this taxi company for years. They are prompt, efficient and friendly, not to mention very reasonably-priced. I highly recommend them.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS TAXI COMPANY, THEY WILL LET YOU DOWN!!! I cant believe this kind of shocking service still exists to be honest. This taxi firm left four of us stranded last night on NYE. Taxi was booked for 2.30am and we arrived at the spot at 2.31am so they apparently left because we were one minute late, ONE MINUTE! It took us until 5am to find another taxi company to take us home and £80 (was only supposed to be £50). Dont trust this company just use a different firm please!

SJ62 EOR This driver is dangerous, driving illegally close to other cars on A30 and think he is in the 'fast and the furious' movie. Your company's name is on his car, it makes your company look terrible. This is a strong suggestion that you notify the driver of registration SJ62 EOR or SJ62 E0R to drive legally as we have much footage saved of his criminal dangerous driving under your companies name. His driving and taxi license is at risk, but also your company's reputation. If we see him driving so dangerously one more time, all evidence (including video footage that shows registration plate and dangerous driving along with your company name) will be forwarded to Cornwall Council and Devon & Cornwall Police in the first step to push legal action against you to make Cornwall roads safer for everyone. One day, he might knock down your child, let's fix this without the need of legal action yea? Regards, Neighborhood watch community.

my friend uses them all the time to go to shops and has been to Lands end with a group of disabled friends. Driver was polite and helpful he had straps to strap the wheelchair in place.

Do NOT recommend. Tried to charge £47 for a 15 minute journey for 1 person.

Really great prices and an excellent courteous and efficient service. They always turn up on time be it from our home or the railway station where they are ready and waiting for you plus they help with your luggage.
