Absolutely the worst taxi firm Ive ever, ever tried to use. We pre-booked a taxi for midnight, days in advance, were waiting outside from 23:50 & were lied to not once, but twice that a taxi showed up & no-one was waiting. We got left in the lurch until 01:21, when a lovely Uber driver arrived to pick us up instead. Awful customer service & obviously awful actual taxi service as as far as were concerned, it doesnt exist. Ive always been a fan of supporting local business & try to go out of my way to support them but Im angry & absolutely not surprised that businesses like this are failing against Uber & failing hard. If you want a taxi home, youre probably better off walking in your bare feet if these jokers are your only option.

If you need to be anywhere on time.....don't rely on this taxi company! If I could have given 'no stars' I would have done.

Booked a cab at 10 for 12 and the app said booked. When we phoned at 12 they said it would be 1 hour. They would have left 2 women on our own! If they couldnt do it on time it should say on the app!! App deleted. Will not use them again. What a joke
