    • What a joke, the taxi driver had NO change at all and could not split a £20.00 note. Had to get my Mum to cut open a money tin to get 2, £5,00 notes out of, whilst the driver waited outside. I wonder what would have happened had she not had that. I bet he would have found change then. NEVER going to use these again, how embarrassing was that for everyone. What taxi driver doesn't have ANY change at all, he said he only had copper. Taxi fares don't go up by the penny. Whoever you where, sort yourself out, and help your customers. I suggest you stay away from these, unless you want an embarrassing situation like this.

    • Appalling service. We pre-booked for a disabled elderly widow to attend her husbands funeral and they failed to turn up. We instead had to try and find an alternative method of transport whilst the hearse was outside her house. This taxi was booked two weeks in advance and also confirmed the day before. Avoid.

    • The only taxi service we consider these days. They will never - I mean NEVER - let you down. We always use them. We've just returned from a long-haul holiday, with multiple flight changes and delays. The guys showed up at the airport every time we were supposed to arrive (and hadn't!), until we did eventually land. They watch for your flight, and will keep in touch with you. I cannot thank them enough. It's one less worry to know that Kings Travel will show up, whatever happens. Thanks Paul, Chris, and the rest of the team.

    • Excellent service from booking to getting dropped of at home. I was kept in touch after making the booking about the driver and times etc, by text and phone messages.The driver arrived 5 minutes before the time booked, he was professional, friendly and courteous. The vehicle was modern and clean. They were waiting for me at the airport and dropped of at home with minimum of fuss. The fees for the job were very reasonable and all in all I am more than happy to recommend them.

    • I noticed them arrive and park around the corner very early (about 25 minutes) then drive up to the house 5 minutes before the time. Talking to the driver it seems they are a group of independent drivers who work together with Kings so they always have a back up driver in case something happens and the allocated driver is delayed. very reasonably priced, very nice driver and very helpful.

    • We asked for a taxi to collect us from our home, to just take us into Widnes town centre. The taxi failed to show up, so we cancelled the taxi and went for the bus, this was September 2019. We will never use Brittannia Taxis ever again, as they are unprofessional and unreliable September 2019.

    • We asked for a taxi, later in the morning of the 16th December 2020, just to take us to Widnes Town centre. Brttiania taxis did not show so at 11.20 am we cancelled the Ravi from coming. All in one morning Britannia taxis, had failed to send a taxi for 8.00am and 11.00 am to come to the same address. All this did for us was confirm, that Brittannia taxis can not give any form of taxi service at all. We will not under any circumstances now, use Brittannia taxis at all as they are not a professional taxi service, and so unreliable 16th December 2020.

    • Brittannia taxis, have just proved to us that it does not matter when you ask for a taxi, and how you order a taxi will not come no matter what. All they focused their attention on was how to give a bad customer service and a bad taxi service. Their general manners of staff on the phone, and reply, response was downright rude,disgusting and ridiculous behaviour. We will never use Brittannia Taxis ever again. 18th December 2020.

    • This was also in April 2020, my husband's employer had ordered a taxi from his workplace in Widnes, just so he could get home. Yes, you have guessed it, they even failed to turn up in the evening at 8.30pm to pick up my husband, and bring him home. My husband then had to go and get a bus and ftood for another half an hour before a bus came. We will never use Brittannia taxis ever again April 2020.

    • This has to be the most unreliable taxi firm ever. Needed a disable taxi for christmas day. Tried booking in advanced and were told to call on the day as it was not a problem. Called as instructed and told to call back at 9:30 we did and were told they didnt know which drivers were working so couldnt do it. What a way to run a business!! If I could give zero stars I would. Dont ever bother trying these guys

    • Due to incompetence and lies the ordered taxi never arrived. Ended up a 74 year old lady and a disabled lady were forced to walk home after an hours wait. A joke of a company. Regular customers as well. However not the first time., but it is the last.

    • Dreadful, pre booked a taxi early in the evening for 1am and by 1.30am they were still unable to pick us up without and confirmation of how long it would be. Absolutely disgusting poor level of service, something so simple done so wrong.

    • Roll on UBER coming to Warrington! Booked a taxi the day before to pick us up at the Waterside Inn, warrington at 11.45 to take us home. No show and waited for 30 minutes in the cold, when you ring to see where your taxi is you get an automated call saying it's on the way! Yeah, right! Never booking Harry's again, garbage service
