I have been using Gilbert's over 25 years now.

Really bad, booked with disabled needs explained this was assured of help, but the drive refused any assistance - so mean spirited - what a horrible company

Paid for group booking gave them a tip in advance big mistake driver miserable & wanted more money give Gilbert a wide berth.

A local family taxi company well established with a great fleet of drivers and nice cars. Polite, punctual and good value too.

Taxi had turned up outside no where near my house and claimed they had beeped to let us know they arrived. As they werent outside we didnt hear or see them. ive then received a phone call and as soon as ive answered im screamed at saying your taxi is outside i take it you dont want it she was so rude and i will never use this company again. If we were told or made aware they were outside we would of been outside straight away. Disgusting customer service.

I have used HEC many times and have been happy with the service received from the excellent drivers, until... A cab was ordered to pick up my wife and I from Paddington station. The cab arrived on time but from then on everything went downhill. The driver was driving to close to vehicles and on 3 occasions had to slam on the brakes to avoid a collision. In doing so we were thrown forward in our seats causing the seat belts to really bite. He did apologise after we had remonstrated with him about his terrible driving. We thought at one time that he was falling asleep and we asked if he was tired but he told us that he was putting drops into his eyes due to irritation from hay fever. He was also playing with his phone and drove all the while with his trousers undone, not the sort of behaviour one expects when hiring a cab. When arrived at our destination he left the cab and decided that he would do up and zip up his trousers. We told him that we were not happy with his driving.

DO NOT USE THIS HORRENDIUS COMPANY!! ALMOST ABUSIVE DRIVERS AND THE TEAM AT HEAD OFFICE. I REPEAT DO NOT USE AWFUL PEOPLE AWFUL SERVICE AND A SCAM!! Over charged as well and then do not acknowledge drivers

Pre booked a pick up from terminal 2. Driver was 30 mins late. Was quoted £23 but they then added a parking fee which wasnt included in the price. After traveling for 24 hours 30 mins is a long time to wait.

Great service, polite well dressed drivers, clean cars. Tick every box for us as a comany and us as a family!

This firm was is completely unprofessional and unreliable. After booking a cab to the airport for my family they sent a vehicle that was far too small leaving me stranded a desperately calling other cab firms. Extremely disappointed.

All the time i call jubilee cars i speak with martin and my bookings goes well but this time when i speak with ray he was RUDE with me its not the first time i had this its so Unethical if i could give negative stars I would. I'm absolutely appalled by the customer service at jubilee cars . I was lied to by staff who told me my driver was at the agreed pick up location when he wasn't at all, and after making me wait 1 hour and 20 mins after my scheduled pick they refused to offer any kind of compensation. Please save your money and do not use this company, completely unreliable and RUDE!
