I had booked a ride TWO days in advance as I had to go to work. It was for Friday, 7:45 am. The vehicle was 32 minutes late. I tried to called them few times to see what was going on and got answers like "we can not guarantee that taxi will come on time", "we have a school run", "it takes time for driver to prepare", "we also have freelance drivers, it is hard to organise them". They also never called or send msg that driver will be late, although they claimed that they tried to call. I was standing like an idiot for 32 minutes when they finally sent a driver. Also, they were very rude over the phone like it was my fault. At the end, I canceled the ride. There is no excuse for such sloppiness as they have TWO days to prepare everything. Before all this mess, I tried to download their app, but without success. I can understand that they maybe had difficulties at that moment and if they just said that they were sorry, everything would be fine. But instead they were really unprofessional.

Never will we use this company booked a taxi first thing in the morning to take us to a night out and pick us up at midnight picked up taken to the night out over the most dangerous roads in Bathgate hills avoiding a head on smash twice by arrived a bag of nerves the the taxi booked to take us home never arrived leaving a disabled woman stuck in the middle of nowhere when we called the number the woman on the other end just couldn't be arsed and that is a compliment. Managed to get another taxi at 4am from a different company. NEVER EVER USE THIS TAXI SERVICE IT WOULD BE MINUS STARS IF IT WAS AVAILABLE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
