    Very rude man over the phone when ordering a taxi, was very sarcastic and refused to take us to a destination which was over 2 miles away! Very disgraced, I will be passing the word around and I will not be calling again. Disgusting attitude.

    Dreadful, pre booked a taxi early in the evening for 1am and by 1.30am they were still unable to pick us up without and confirmation of how long it would be. Absolutely disgusting poor level of service, something so simple done so wrong.

    Roll on UBER coming to Warrington! Booked a taxi the day before to pick us up at the Waterside Inn, warrington at 11.45 to take us home. No show and waited for 30 minutes in the cold, when you ring to see where your taxi is you get an automated call saying it's on the way! Yeah, right! Never booking Harry's again, garbage service

    use this service weekly but had enough of the attitude on the phone. Lady in the morning is really nice but if you get a man then its appauling. We are CUSTOMERS and the least you can do is be nice. I will go elsewhere with my business. Appauled yet again

    I rung this taxi firm 5 hours before needing to be picked up from a friends house bit I'm afraid the service was disappointing. The operator was very rude saying that 'it depends on where you are going I suppose' when I asked if I could book a taxi. Then the taxi was half an hour late so I had to pay double fare to get home because it was passed midnight. The only good thing about this experience was that the driver was extremely nice and was having full on conversations with me and he deserves an award for working in a disgusting form like this one. If I could give minus starts then I would.

    This company is the pits. I can only agree with the comments above. An operator is so rude very arrogant and has no customer service skills. Management at Harrys really need to start thinking about re-training their staff on CS skills and how to speak to customers in a pleasant manner. The service I have received has been appauling as I use this company all the time, but not anymore! My complaint will be going to the council and the papers as this is not the way a business should be run......

    Booked taxi for 7.45am to get a 8.20am train (I told them I the time of the train I had to catch). 7.45 comes and goes, 7.55 phoned them to be told taxi has been dispatched and will be with me shortly, 8.05 phoned them again to be told it is on the way, phoned them again at 8.15 to be told driver has decided not to come as he is to far away and won't make it on time! Dispatcher then booked another taxi that was 'round the corner', I received a text saying it was on the way, then received a second text saying the taxi had arrived, I was stood outside house and no taxi in sight! another call to dispatcher who said taxi could not see anyone at address so he left! Dispatcher then booked another taxi that was 'round the corner' this one turned up 5 mins later and got me to the train station at 8.55 Cost me £45 to change the train booking. Tried phoning owner 4 times but he will not take calls or phone me back !!!!!!!!!!! CRAP COMPANY

    I'm a regular customer of Harry's taxi as I do use them each time I go to work and going back home and if I need to go somewhere else even if their rates are a little bit expensive than ABBA. I'm not very happy with most of the operators as they can be quite rude and nasty when they speak to customers and at times would just put down the phone down even if I'm not finished talking yet. This is not how you should treat your customers. I think most of the operators needs to go on a customer service course so that you can learn how to treat customers right and in a polite manner. I hope that the owner of this taxi firm is aware of the attitude of most of the call operators as they are giving the firm a bad reputation. If someone from this taxi firm speaks to me rudely again, I'm definitely going to make the local papers know how you treat your customers as this is not right at all!!!

    Very disappointed, Waited for just over 20 minutes and phoned to see where my taxi was to be met with the response it won't be long. That was another ten minutes. When it finally arrived, I walked around to the taxi and as I got near it drove off. I waved and the driver ignored me spending down the road. I phoned to find out what was going on, I dont normally have any issues, the operator did apologise but still not the kind of service you expect. I now won't be using this service again, I will go elsewhere. It's difficult to find a reliable taxi service in this town. Which is such a shame. If they had told me it was going to be twenty to twenty five minutes I could have rung another service, there was no excuse, no crashes today nor busy traffic just generally poor service from this particular driver in a silver estate.

    Absolutely disgusted by the attitude of this woman, My Taxi was pre-booked for 6pm on a Thursday evening, I recieved a text saying my taxi had been dispatched at 5.56, At 6.08 I made a call and got this woman who said all I can say is your taxi is on its way ,she did'nt know how long it would be,I asked her where was it coming from to take so long ,"was it coming from Manchester?" she hung up, when I rang back she said she did'nt like my abusive behaviour, and hung up again, I rang back to ask who to complain to and what her name was to which she would not tell me as I could turn up and attack her and promptly hung up again,I have spoken to a few people since and they have all had the sharp tip of this womans tongue, how is she getting away with talking to people the way she does and who do you complain to?Not a reliable company !!! not good on customer services,

    First of all I would like to verify to the public that Harry's taxi service is DISGRACEFUL. The attitude of the middle aged lady on the phone was sickening and from reading the previous reviews I would say a horrendous amount of people agree with myself.

    I have rang this taxi a number of times and it is always the same lady who answers. Usually, it's a booking and that is it, if it is late for whatever reason I will ring back. Today, however, I asked a simple question after my booking In a snotty voice the lady replies "Well, how am I supposed to know what happens between then and now. It will get to you when it gets there." I have no problem against rudeness of course if I was being a bit funny with her, but I was being very polite and then I get a snotty comment back. I love the taxi drivers, each one I have had has been polite, chatty and friendly. The office lady, however is always in a weird mood! This is not the first time I have been snapped at by her!

    Taxi had been and gone and I mustn't have been looking out of the window. I assured them I'd been stood there for 45 minutes only to be told that I hadn't and they hung up on me. I called back and asked them to re send the taxi as I was there and they refused. Once again I was left stranded in the early hours of the morning.

    Very poor customer service, rude and they put the phone down more than one time. Another time took a taxi and the driver over charged by almost 3 times and when I called up to complain the manager never called me back! Then my own address got blocked so I can't use the services no more!

    wanted to book 6 seater mini bus which is advertised on website when I rang up the guy said No bus not working then he put phone down on me customer service not their strong point
