Taxi was on time as usual, but I was overcharged for my regular one mile journey. Driver charged me £6 minimum (I only ever pay £5) and £2 extra because of the snow which is rubbish considering he would have been travelling on gritted main roads until he turned off into my road!!! Totally put off from using this company ever again which is a shame as they are usually reliable.

We have used this company for a few years now and have never had any problems. Really surprised about previous comments, they have never been rude to us and have ALWAYS been on time, if not early.

taxi turned up, car was knackered making noises. when i complained they wouldnt give address and were rude. their drivers car was definate mot failiure.

Never go with this taxi company such bad service. They lie about how long they will be. We were wating 50 minutes for taxi. The worst taxi company. Rubbish company wouldn't recommend this to ANYONE.

711 711 slough: the actual drivers are nice and polite. But the manager and the woman that answers the phone in the office are incompetent, lairs and extremely rude when they realise you caught them in their lies. Should rate them 0.

Never go with this taxi company such bad service. They don't listen to anything you say over the phone, sent the wrong taxi to us, had a little kid swearing at us on the phone because they made a mistake? Doesn't make any sense. They lie about how long they will be. Rubbish company wouldn't recommend this to ANYONE! Such disgusting rude people that work there never had service like this in my life! Such a disgrace from a company like this.

Should be a zero rating. Worst cab company. They changed the price once I arrived at the destination. They admitted their colleague made a mistake but how is that my problem. Don't use this company. Use Rivieria Cars instead who provide a much better service!
