Quoted £45 for a return journey to Heathrow, and emailed invoice showing the amount. But they used my card as a blank cheque to charge £51 - over £6 more instead based on car park charges not included, but the fare quoted was all inclusive. Even though they acknowledged that they overcharged by £1 rather than £6 and would refund the £1, it has been a week and they still have not refunded the amount despite multiple emails and calls. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Awful company. Arrived significantly late to a prebooked pickup, driver nearly ran into the back of a cyclist after racing to undertake a car in front, and extortionate prices. Avoid.
