Taxis in WN8

Very poor services book taxi night before for Hospital appointment didnt turn when called said it was on its way where from only live two mins away. Will not use again.

Gave 1* because thats the lowest I could give. Called two hours before to pre book, was asked if Id allowed plenty of time as Im catching a train (I allowed 45 minutes) for my train from Wigan. Called when they were five minutes late and was told theyre late because Im all the way in billinge, despite pre booking two hours prior. Was told by the rude lady that the driver needs to make a living so hes not going to come early. Wont be using again, avoid.

Tried them twice. Booked for a taxi to take me to train station for my train to airport. Told them I had a train. I left plenty of time. They were still so late I missed my train and with the next one nearly an hour layer, it then made me last minute to get to the airport and through security. Next time they were late and I missed my train I had a pretty booked seat for. Both times no apology and made journeys very stressful. Will not use again.

Ordered taxis on Thursday for Sat night 7pm taxi came 7.15pm Had booked a return taxi also on Thursday for Sat from Best western Pimbo to Mount at Orrell for 11pm it arrived at 11.40pm after 2 phone calls to them to be told twice its doing a drop off then on its way Customer service not good enough as found out after they had 9 taxis picking up in Manchester at a rave so why !!!! Book taxis early with this firm to be messed about not good enough wont use them again

Useless company!! whats the point in having an app when the cars that you have pre booked don't turn up! Rude lady in the office too!! AVOID at all costs. APP deleted.

Why can't I post a review with a negative star?? WARNING do not use or rely on this taxi firm, incompetent, rude, no customer service, no empathy and not too worried about their business. My story is too long to tell but this firm and the so called lady working in the office do not deserve one star! Please do not be left stranded........

rude and stupid staff, never turn up when booked, overcharge you, go the long way round etc. Just a bunch of Muppets, avoid at all costs

had me sat outside for 3 hours in the cold woman on phone told me 15 min eventually had to walk home from work.so much for taking care of bar staff

The worst ever .over a hour late leading to have to cancel my birthday trip to Lancaster thank you. would not mind to much but even the operator lied .you will never see my business againe

AVOID THIS RUBBISH FIRM AT ALL COSTS. Left my young son alone in the dark after saying taxi on the way, all by himself for nearly an hour. Then had the cheek to try and give me stick when I called chasing their "5 minute" taxi!! Overcharge, dangerous drivers, poor staff. Will be paying these a personal visit soon and see how mouthy there are face to face. AVOID

Ordered a taxi from this firm at 9:30pm and said we were priority, two and a half hours we waited and had to leave in the end walk and jump a bus and missed the last one so had to walk again 1am I got home, definitely dont recommend and will never use this company again.

Came to get a taxi thought the service was very good! The driver was on time, very polite in the car and talking to me through the journey back home,impressive service!

Had a taxi twice last week, the service was on time had no issue with their service! The driver was on time, the prices seem fair to!

Not cheap but its better than catching the bus!
