Out on my bike cut up and assaulted by the driver. The man was not fit to drive a supermarket trolley,, let alone 2 tonnes of metal and passengers. Googled the company to ring them and report his behaviour, they promised to deal with him and ring back - they didn't. The icing on the cake was that the number was a personal number that cost over £1 minute. So the incident spoilt my ride and cost me over £5. Avoid.

Driver went a very long route from Chelmsford to Wickford, ended up in Billericay! Complained to Fareway and they defended their driver and offered no apology! Won't be using this company again that's for sure. Do not trust.
