Never use this taxi company. The driver Andy was late picking us up from the Harvard Inn. The driver Andy was supposed to pick us up later from Crondon Park but never turned up. Leaving us out in the cold.

we pre-ordered a cab and was given a fixed priced for the journey. on the day re-confirmed and reminded them of the exact address and told them not to mistake with similar one nearby. Cab 15 mins late - at wrong address. Driver then tells us will have to go on meter not set price. Eventually got hold of the office who agreed set fee but driver not happy & moaned all the way & told us how unfair we were when we paid the agreed price. Very unpleasant experience - will not use this unprofessional firm again - I would gladly have paid a bit more if that was what we agreed but on principle stuck to set price agreed. I always tip cabbies - not this time.
