    • I normally have an OK service, some issues of punctuality up to 20 mins like he was tonight. The operators are excellent and very friendly and most of the drivers. However, I will never use the service again- the driver who I normally get on with called me a name another passenger who I work with was in the car at the time- I felt embarrassed and degraded. I pay for a service not degrading comments.

    • My experience of your drivers are very good punctual friendly no problems fair price just wanted to add the new driver on my return seemed upset and had a few problems he didn't even want to take a tip really . I would like this driver to stay within your company simply because he needs a break in life. I will be using this company in the future keep up the good work

    • Prebooked taxi and it arrived 15 minutes late after phoning once already. Even the driver was surprised how late it had been left but we did arrive just on time thanks to the driver.

    • Disgusting- I booked on the app, phoned up the day before to check everything was ok as it was a minibus and we were going to a party so didnt want any problems. Told everything fine but price quoted on line was wrong and it would be more! I agreed to the higher price, on the day taxi didnt arrive, I rang to be told it was on its way after another 15 mins of waiting I was told the computer had cancelled the booking and no one was coming. 8 of us stranded - disgusting. Unreliable do not use.

    • Awful company who prey on vulnerable people... I booked taxi via the app. My journey was accepted and confirmed and price is fixed/agreed. 40 minutes later I get a phone call from their office telling me they arent going to send a taxi unless I pay double the price! They were essentially holding me to ransom at 1 in the morning. The already agreed price via the app was £5 more than my outgoing journey and I was returning to the same place. I was happy to pay the extra £5 but to call me up demanding double again is just disgusting service, they are preying on vulnerable people. Id like to point out that taxis were available and they said if I paid double then they would dispatch somebody to me immediately. Out of principle I refused this. Id rather pay more money to a different taxi firm than be held to ransom like that. Do not rely on this company, I cant recommend enough to stay away.

    • Booked a pick up outside yates and waited outside. Got a text saying the taxi was there. Driver turned up and I showed him the text with his reg so he knew I was his fare. Told me he'd been waiting 'round the back' and refused to let me in. Another fare got in and he drove off. Absolute joke.

    • I booked a taxi an hour before travel and it was confirmed.An hour later I waited in the freezing cold with my mom who has Alzheimers for a further 35 minutes whilst calling the company five times to ask where the taxi was.I missed my train because of this too.They would not give me any information about how long the taxi would be except to keep repeating that the driver was on his way.He had not arrived 40 minutes later.I spoke to 4 different people and 1 twice.DONOT USE THIS TAXI FIRM IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE.

    • I pre booked and pre paid for a taxi in the early hours of a sunday morning. After waiting ten minutes after the original booking time i rang 247 to be told it was 5 minutes away which was a lie. I rang again after another 15 minutes to be told they were just very busy but it would be 5 minutes. Maybe at 247 they have different concepts of 5 minutes to the rest of us. I dont expect to be told how busy they are when they offer a pre paid service for a booking time. They should be on time or at least close. 50 minutes late is totally unnacceptable. I put in an official complaint yet have had numerous lies that the staff arent in to deal with it. A partial refund would of sufficed and i probably would of used them again however now i will never use them again and advise everyone else to avoid them if you want your taxi to be on time and honest with you.

    • What a disgrace, was using this company over a year and 3-4 times a week, but then they change the price to my local cinema and said I lied about the previous trips, and was told to leave the taxi in the middle of the road. I then called the number to speak to them and was told "nice try at taking the p##s out of us" with the phone slammed down

    • Booked a car for the end of a wedding at midnight, original fare £11. Called at 12.03am to be told our taxi was another 15 minutes away. Called at 12.23am when it had not arrived and was told another 15 minutes. Called at 12.49am when it still had not arrived to be told the driver had listed us as no-shows. Asked them to send another car, which arrived promptly but with a £29.70 fare. Called at 1.00am and was told this was a new job as their GPS showed the driver had been there. Got out the car and ordered an Uber, which is what you and anyone in the area should do instead. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use these charlatans for anything.

    • The worst taxi firm to come out of Wolverhampton, Don't waste your for advance bookings, as you will be waiting for pigs to fly the skies above; drivers moan about amount of drivers working for firm, and the £109 base fee they have to pay and duly over charge you ; to many unprofessional driver holding personal conversions, the list goes on. The council should do the right thing, and look into poorly run business which is allowed to expand without any problem at all, but at customers dismay

    • Ordered a taxi which drove right past me, even though I tried to flag it down. I called the driver staright away and told him he drove past me and asked him to come back. It took him 10minutes to return. Due to his lateness I missed my medical appointment. I told him to pull over and let me out as there was no point in continuing. He didn't ask me for the fare £4.70 and I thanked him for that. I thiught he was doing me agood deed as this was HIS fault. 2minutes later I get a phone call from the office from some incredibly rude 'woman' who was very abusive, called me a liar and wouldn't listen to a word I said. I will NEVER use this taxi firm again. Worst customer service I have ever encountered.

    • If I could give 0 stars to this review I would. I have never met a ruder driver than last week when I had arranged to be collected from the airport. On drop off 2 weeks earlier another of their drivers left us 10 minutes walk away and I rang to complain as it was pouring down and we had large suitcases and hand luggage. I was told my grievance would be passed on to the manager. Two weeks later we were told to wait outside the airport and the driver would contact us. I was dark and very cold and eventually we rang and got put through to him only to be shouted at to hurry up or he would have to pay. We didn't know where he was and his English was poor. Eventually he stopped on the road and we had to run around some barricades to get to him. He shouted and called us liars and behaved dreadfully. I rang to complain and was told the manager would ring me back. I am still waiting.
