M K tiling have not returned to finish my bathroom as promised. Was initially pleased with the work but now im without a finished bathroom and i have paid in full... all of my contact is being ignored... unprofessional... do not use!

After just 3 months my floor tiles are moving and the grout between my quartz tiles are coming out and I am having to replace the grout to cover the gaps between the tiles. I have tried very hard to get MK Tiling to come back to rectify but they keep breaking promises and don't show up. I have had other tilers to assess the work they have done and they have said that no boards have been used and that the adhesive has come away as they were stuck to the normal floor boards. It is now going to cost double to rectify their work. Recommendation AVOID
