I returned to D&D Auto's having used a main dealer for three years for my newer car and was not disappointed. I could not fault the service from booking an MOT and service appointment to receiving helpful updates on service progress. I was impressed by attention to detail that ensured that work over and above the usual 'service' scope was carried out. I needed a new tyre due to a bolt thru my nearside front and the guys at Tyrewise took my car in as soon as I arrived and made the change to a £49 new tire that works fine and was switched easily, quickly and with no hassle. They made sure they told me not to forget my wheel locking nut before I took off so I didn't have to drive back and ask them for it. Very helpful and thoughtful ! Great for old car part spares, if you have a vintage car then this is a good place to start.

Excellent experience. This garage has looked after my Volvo regular service and repairs, and have kept it in perfect condition for all my needs. I have completed several long journeys of 2000km+ accros Europe, and the car worked perfectly, no doubt in good part due to the work by the mechanics at Clerkenwell motors.

Had four bald tyres on my car, choose these guys as they were local to me, 5 star service from me efficient, friendly and great price.

I've always got my tyres from here for years but today's experience has left me totally disgusted and I will never be returning...my mot was due and i knew my drivers side rear tyre was needing changing so i went to Victoria tyres and asked them to change that tyre and check all the others. i was advised the front passenger was low but the others were fine so i gave the go ahead for the front passenger and the rear drivers side to be changed. I then went to my mot only to be told my rear driver had failed as it was below 1.6mm...i rang Victoria tyres to be told they'd swapped the front drivers to the rear and put the new tyres on the front both sides, funny no one explained that to me when it was done and I find it quite hard to believe!

No appointment necessary, dealt with immediately on arrival, swiftly and competently. Service first class and you can't say that about many places these days.

Don't bother, they change parts without telling you first, their fault diagnosis is poor to say the least. Had a load of work done that didn't need to be done as they wrongly diagnosed the fault. Never again.

My mam (retired) put her fiesta in for a major service. When she got home I checked the oil and it was like treacle. I wouldn't let her go there again

Was recommended this garage by my sister. Had the MOT done and cost over £400 in repairs, when checking window wipers had been added yet these were replaced just the day before to ensure these would not be needed. I was also charged around £20 for a new bar to hold the battery in place - upon checking this it has been held in place by two cable ties!!! You could not make this up! So bad and half the jobs charged for not even carried out or needed! AND (P.S) the wipers which I had been charged for were exactly the same ones I had on - how do I know this? The universal connector which holds the front drivers side wiper in place was broken and loose, this was still the case when I brought the car home - If wipers were needed surely the connectors would have been replaced! Really would not recommend unless you have plenty of money to give, but even so i'd rather give it to charity than a garage for work not carried out. Actually thinking of seeing Trading Standards.

Got my tyres done here last week and was really impressed with the speed and quality of the service, felt like they were done before I even decided what I fancied from the vending machine! Have to give five stars due to the speed of the service, thanks guys!

I highly recommend these guys - I actually got a puncture whilst travelling down to Wolverhampton. Thankfully I was nearby and they came and replaced my Tyre for me in about 15 minutes. Great price too!

Good choice, staff were quite friendly, it all has been done in nice manner, all filters exchanged, number of things checked: tyres, all fluids, etc.

Required 2 front tyres for Jaguar. Offered immediate service with tyres in stock. Whole process took 35minutes. Excellent Service and very good tyres at lowest cost in Barnstaple.

Wheel came loose after 15 miles on wife's car. Tyre pressures also wrong. Could have resulted in wife and baby being involved in a serious accident. No appology from company.
