On the 15th July 2016 we had to have our 16 year old cross collie put to sleep. I chose Mrs Bendelow as I had visited her once before. She arranged a time between opening hours so the surgery was empty, welcomed us personally and made a fuss of the dog. She talked us through the whole process and encouraged us to cuddle and stroke our dog. Once the deed was done she gave us time to say goodbye and didn't rush us out of the door. She made an awful experience more bearable.

Very caring and doesn't overcharge unlike many other veterinary practices. I would recommend her to anyone and can't thank her enough for the care she has given our pets.

Not as great as I expected, not clean and hygienic, I sent my dog there last week, we treated so she wouldn't get fleas a few weeks ago and didn't have any, however when she arrived home from the vets she had fleas, very disappointed
