Two men and two vans turned up at 7.30am. My only criticism would be they didn't ring the evening before to tell me a time but did ring before they arrived. An hour later the furniture was gone. They photographed everything as they went round. A great job done quickly and efficiently.

I booked a skip online. The online booking allows you to book every day, except for a Sunday. I got a message two days before my delivery date that they do not do Saturday deliveries. It meant that I had to liase with the delivery driver as to where to leave the skip in my absence. Otherwise, the staff were helpful, prompt, professional and were good enough to take the skip when it had been overloaded by a random fly tipper.

I would highly recommend Waste King services, they are very reactive to any questions we have and have an extremely quick response when our POD needs to be cleared. The POD is a really good size for what we need and we have had to have it moved due some works happening in our club and moved the POD with no issues and with ease.

This is the second time we have used Waste King and on both occasions have found this to be a very professional company from initial booking (although trying to work out how many cubic metres we had to dispose of left us a bit dumbfounded) to receiving a phone call prior to collection. We found the operators friendly, respectful towards us and our property, quick efficient and cleaned up afterwards. A job well done.

The van driver let me know of his arrival time via voice message on the morning of my booking. He arrived on time and was professional and courteous; I advised him of how much yardage I had booked for on his van and he advised my that the waste furniture I had would fit within the yardage paid for. He managed to carry out the three IKEA items I no longer needed and provided great service. For larger furniture disposals, I would definitely use Waste King again.

I had a good experience. The initial call was helpful and gave a clear indication of what I could expect from the company. 2 very polite guys turned up exactly when I was told they would, loaded everything that was discussed with the initial call handler into their van very quickly and efficiently and left a clean site. Tracey and Caroline at Waste King are absolutely brilliant!! I'm sure they all are, but I've only dealt with them :). Nothing is an issue and everything is easy to resolve. There's not anything exciting you can say about waste collection but the staff are so friendly the service extremely reliable, there's not much more you can ask for.

Our accounts manager is excellent and goes above and beyond to accommodate our needs even at very short notice. Would highly recommend this company. Their truck collections are particularly useful where there is no room for a skip to be placed. Good, reliable, friendly service, the best skip company we've found to date!
