• I noticed on our CCTV that someone was moving our large bin on our drive so went out to investigate. It was a guy from this company to install an aerial at next doors property. He said he needed to access next door as their driveway was full of rubbish. I said ok and asked him to unlock the bin before putting it back as it had rubber marks where it had been dragged. When he had finished he left chippings of brick and brick dust all over my car! He did NOT put the bin back either as promised! So if you want brick dust all over your clean car and your bin left in the wrong place blocking your drive then use this company for amazing customer service! (NOT)

• We had an Aerial fitted over 6 weeks ago. During the installation the patio door was damaged. North West Aerials said they would arrange the engineer to come back and look at the damage. After numerous phone calls they made an appointment to send the engineer who never arrived on the day they arranged, this happened on 3 separate occasions. Eventually after a month the engineer arrived, he was unable to repair the damage but said he would be back on Monday which was a week later. I am still waiting 2 weeks later. Shocking service.
