rapid response to my call out over the weekend repaired my heating just as the weather turned cold. would use them again.

LDA, I can praise this company enough and would highly recommend them to anyone reading this review. Started off finding a slow leak in my bathroom. Everything soaking wet. I called several different companies who would not return my calls. Lee was very professional took my details. Got back to me an hour later as working at that time, made an appointment, came round, found the leak and problem. Got the parts, fixed in with in a short period of time. The cost was extremely reasonable, considering the work that this entailed. Being a women on her own with an elderly mum, I cant tell you what a relief it was to find genuine company, that care and put you first. Also had problems with the boiler to which Lee sorted over phone call late in the evening, so we had heating and hot water back on. A company thats genuine. Highly recommend.

Fitted a full heating system for me a few years ago. Started on Monday morning and by Wednesday afternoon the system was running. Superb service. Only problem is getting hold of him as he is so busy.

Plumber attended to job within an hour of my call, to replace a burst outside water pipe. He replaced the pipe and also did a couple of additional add ons that he said would help prevent the problem from happening again. Plumber from Easi-Plumb in stirling came out to help redo the pipework in my bathroom. He was in touch to say when he would arrive and did a great job replacng all pipes for the bath, shower , sink and toilet. Would deinately use again, great service.

My boiler was making a load banging noise when starting , they came and sorted it the same day, cant thank them enough , the man was very polite and talked me through what was happening. I feel safe now its sorted

Phone this company to come out and look at my Gran's boiler as it wasn't working, the engineer did come out fast which was a good factor but didn't have a clue what was wrong had to look up a manual still couldn't find the problem. took it apart and still nothing, charged her £100.00 + VAT for call out, then I called a different company who then came out and basically it was just was just a matter of resetting the boiler, the other company wouldn't take any money as it was only a simple turn of a switch.

Very positive experience with Easi-Plum. We had a broken shower and a leaking system. The plumber came out and fixed it all. He made little mess, he was very professional. I will definitely use him again and I highly recommend him too.

i called him and reported i had water dripping though ceiling, he arrived within the hour, found a heating pipe leaking and repaired it, this is the first time i used this company

Mark came and installed us a new boiler when our old one had finally given up the ghost and he moved all the necessary pipe work for us and everything for us as we wanted the new one in a different place. I would definitely recommend him, he's very honest, knows his stuff and didn't try and rip us off.

Work commenced on time in a professional manner; all tools and excess neatly tidied away at the end of each day, wouldn't know that they had been round. Efforts made to ensure that hot water available every night throughout. Minor issue towards the end was sorted out quickly with no quibbles and kept well informed at all stages. Shaw's installed a new combi boiler and carried out a power flush of the hot water system at our home. They were excellent at explaining all the options and answering all of my queries beforehand and gave us clear quote for the work. We have been incredibly pleased with the quality of the work all around and the overall results. They were polite, punctual, had lots of advice when asked, were very tidy and clean. The engineer was incredibly hard working and was able to finish the job earlier than planned despite having to sort out a few complications during the work and working around us. I would definitely recommend Shaw's to anyone who needs a trustworthy plumber who won't mess you about. Far better than various others we have used in the last few years.

Kirk has dealt with all my plumbing requirements for several years now......troublesome taps, urgent replacement of leaking radiators, installation of a new boiler and radiators and boiler servicing. He is always extremely efficient, friendly and helpful, if it's a matter of urgency he always attends at impressive speed, and even if it's something really minor I know I can rely on him to sort it out quickly and efficiently.

We were very pleased with the professional service and explanation we were given when we required a new gas boiler. The work was completed to a very high standard in a very short time and with minimal mess. The house has never been so warm and we cannot believe how quiet the new boiler is.
