Hi there, my name is Sheree Phelps and I am proud to introduce to you Podium Therapies. Leading a sporting life, I have always found the need for different types of massages in different stages of life. Having competed for Great Britain and England on an international level worldwide for 12 years in the sport of ISSF rifle shooting, I have competed at two Commonwealth Games - Delhi 2010 and Glasgow 2014 and have always been at the hand of massage therapists, to sooth, repair and relax me. Having my personal experience with massage and feeling first hand the benefits of receiving massage, it has always been a passion of mine to learn and master holistic and sports massage, to be able to give people the same experiences I have had. After qualifying in massage in 2015, I wanted to offer a range of treatments suitable for everyone, to either relax & unwind, freshen & rejuvenate or repair and rebuild and hope you will find a treatment right for you.
