We have a huge experience in being a father and mentor for young athletes ranging from the ages of 8 up over. We are able to help families with their young athlete who are looking to break into the world of sport and develop their athlete's attitudes as well as their work mentality. We are able to work with parents and athlete to develop their skills in the areas needed. We have qualified physical qualified trainers that can offer advice to help to develop athlete's strength to make them perform at a higher level using only body weight exercises, focusing on core strength and body conditioning. We have developed programs for current world champions for swimming. We offer all the advice and support any family will need to ensure that they can support their child in the areas needed, from nutrition all the way to the correct discipline. We teach the athlete that it is OK to lose, it is a learning experience and you can develop from it.
