Established in 1993, Homerent Lettings Services based in Cardigan, West Wales, has over 15 years experience in the residential property letting profession, with the focus on providing suitable accommodation to clients within a 15 mile radius of Cardigan.\n\nA range of 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom flats, houses and bungalows are available to rent, within a 15 mile radius of Cardigan. The majority of properties are offered unfurnished but some are available either furnished or part-furnished. \n\nThe tenancy will be a 6 month Assured Shorthold, which can be continued. Rent is required monthly, in advance throughout the tenancy. A bond (equivalent to one months rent is required) which will be held by the DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme).
